Outsourcing of maintenance services for attending day to day complaints of different type of joinery work (wooden / steel / aluminium) such as repair / maintenance of iron/aluminium mongery, doors, windows, partitions, pelmet box, door springs, frames, rolling shutters of garrages, repair by welding etc.(run or spot welding as per site requirement),venetian blinds, cupboard, kitchen shelves and easing of doors and windows, garages, different types of repairs of steel windows, handles, door springs, ,replacement of all defective items such as SS wire cloth , tower bolts, sliding door bolts, knobs, hinges, door stopper, handles, all type of locks, rubber beading, aluminium clips, looking mirror, glass panes, plywood, particle board, MDF board and other hardware fitting & fixture etc as per site requirements including petty repairs items/materials like screws, nails, washers, grease etc and all kind of machine works i.e. welding, cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, polishing etc, of various location/areas at Shankar Vihar, Anuj Vihar, Vikram Vihar, Tarapore Enclave (Rangpuri) Offr Md Accn and making connected items/system fully functional, every day excluding Sunday and closed holiday by deploying manpower as per requirement, to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with following requirement/ condition, complete all as specified & directed.

Notes for Item No 1.00 :- (a) The contractor will have to deploy following manpower and Resources for efficiently attending the above mentioned complaints as per details below :- (i) Area under complaint cell at Shanker Vihar minimum 03 Nos Carpenter & 01 Helper to carpenter every day excluding Sunday & closed holiday to attend day to day complaints. (ii) Area under complaint cell at Tarapore Enclave minimum 01 No Carpenter every day excluding Sunday & closed holiday to attend day to day complaints.

(b) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractor.

(c) The minor items i.e. nails, screws, nut-bolts, hexa blades, spring, washers, spindle, grease, lubricating oil, adhesive, white cement, wooden beading etc & major item/materials which are required to be replaced with new one i.e. SS wire cloth, door springs, tower bolts, sliding door bolts, knobs, hinges, door stopper, handles, all type of locks and other hardware fitting & fixture, rubber beading, aluminium clips, looking mirror, glass panes, plywood, particle board, block board, PVC board, MDF board etc, shall be issued for "Free for Fixing only", but cost of labour element is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

(d) The timing of shift(s) will be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per ground requirements in consultation with user, accordingly, the manpower will be deployed by the contractor for each shift(s). No claim(s) by contractor on this ground will be entertained at any stage. In case of any difference of opinion between Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor in this regards, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

(e) All the complaints received during day time i.e. during regular shift hrs of a particular day and all the complaints received during odd hrs of previous day (i.e. after regular shift hrs), will be addressed and rectified on that particular day only (up to 1800 hrs). If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and rectify all the complaints as mentioned here-in-before, the compensation/ penalty of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundred only) per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

(f) In case, additional manpower other than mentioned here-in-above, will be required to attend all joinery complaints of same day as well as previous day as mentioned here-in-before, the contractor shall be solely responsible for providing the same without any extra cost and no extra payment will be made in this affect at any stage.

(g) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

(h) All the manpower should not leave the complaint cell till the rectification of all complaints. All the manpower employed by contractor should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking or other drugs.

Note :- Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 1 here-in-before :-

(A) Carpenter (Skilled) wages per person per day including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

(B) Helper to carpenter (Unskilled) including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

Outsourcing of maintenance services for attending day to day complaints of different type of water supply & plumbing work such as checking and rectifying water leakage from taps, WCs, flushing cistern, urinals, wash basins, bottle traps etc and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumber work such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings, adjustment of float valves and syphon fittings of flushing cistern, cleaning of bottle traps, repair of sensor etc including replacement of all defective items such as bib tap, mixer, angular stop cock, bottle trap, waste coupling, health faucet, flexible tube hose, grating, waste pipe, flush pipe, syphon KIT, float valve, gate/globe valve, PVC pipes and other sanitary fitting /fixture/spare parts & accessories and pipe fittings, including petty repairs items/materials i.e. screws, washers, nails, plugs, safeda, thread (soot), M-seal, flush handles, sensor cell, check nuts etc and all kind of machine works i.e. cutting, threading, bending, drilling, grinding, welding etc, repair/replacement of GI pipe lines joints, valves, cleaning of GI pipe lines of any size & laid in any position in various service shafts/roofs for rectifying water leakage/blockage and making internal water supply system fully functional etc. of areas of Shankar Vihar, Anuj Vihar, Vikram Vihar, Tarapore Enclave (Rangpuri) Offr Md Accn, every day excluding Sunday and closed holiday by deploying following manpower, to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with following requirement/ condition, complete all as specified & directed.

Notes for Item No 2.00 :- (a) The contractor will have to deploy following manpower and Resources for efficiently attending the above mentioned complaints as per details below :- (i) Area under complaint cell at Shanker Vihar minimum 03 Nos Plumber & 01 No. helper to plumber every day excluding Sunday & closed holiday to attend day to day complaints. (ii) Area under complaint cell at Tarapore Enclave minimum 01 No Plumber every day excluding Sunday & closed holiday to attend day to day complaints.

(b) The minor items i.e. nails, hooks, nut-bolts, screws, hexa blades, washers, plugs, grease, safeda, thread (soot), M-seal, flush handles, sensor cell, check nuts, adhesive, white cement etc and major items/materials which are required to be replaced with new one i.e. bib tap, wall mixer, basin/sink mixer, pillar cock, angular stop cock, bottle trap, waste coupling, health faucet, flexible tube hose, shower, grating, waste pipe, pipe connection, flushing cistern, flush pipe, syphon KIT, float valve, gate/globe valve, PVC pipes and other sanitary fitting / fixture & accessories and pipe fittings i.e. sockets, elbow, nipple, union, tee, reducer etc, shall be issued for "Free for Fixing only", but cost of labour element is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

(c) The timing of shift(s) will be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per ground requirements in consultation with user, accordingly, the manpower will be deployed by the contractor for each shift(s). No claim(s) by contractor on this ground will be entertained at any stage. In case of any difference of opinion between Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor in this regards, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

(d) All the complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within 02 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint or any stipulated time given by the JE/ Engineer-in-charge. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and rectify the complained within 02 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint or any stipulated time given by the JE/ Engineer-in-charge, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundred only) per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

(e) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

(f) All the manpower employed by contractor should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking or other drugs.

(g) In case, additional manpower other than mentioned here-in-above, will be required for to attend day to day internal water supply complaints and smooth functioning of internal water supply system, the contractor shall be solely responsible for providing the same without any extra cost and no extra payment will be made in this affect at any stage.

Note :- Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 2 here-in-before :-

(A) Plumber (Skilled) wages per person per day including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

(B) Helper to plumber (Unskilled) wages per person per day including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

Outsourcing of maintenance services for attending day to day complaints of different type of Masonry work such as plaster work (up to 5.0 Sqm at one place), repair/replacement of broken tiles fixed in any position (up to 2.0 Sqm at one place), repair of brick work (up to 0.5 cum at one place), repair of PCC/hard stand (up to 0.25 cum at one place), repair of manholes, valve pits, pointing of roofs, repairs to jambs of doors, windows, coping and benching of chajjas, filling of white cement in floors and walls etc or other masonry works of areas Shankar Vihar, Anuj Vihar, Vikram Vihar, Tarapore Enclave (Rangpuri) Offr Md Accn, every day excluding Sunday and closed holiday by deploying following manpower, to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and as directed.

The contractor will have to deploy following manpower and Resources for efficiently attending the above mentioned complaints as per details below :- (i) Area under complaint cell at Shanker Vihar minimum 02 Nos Mason and 01 No labour every day excluding Sunday & closed holiday to attend day to day complaints.

(b) The minor items i.e. white cement, colour pigments, thread (soot) etc and building materials which are required to carry out necessary repair work(s) shall be issued to contractor or his tradesmen free for fixing, but cost of labour element is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. The cost of transportation /handling of building material from storage place to repair work site is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. No claim(s) by contractor in this effect will be entertained at any stage.

(c) The timing of shift(s) will be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per ground requirements in consultation with user, accordingly, the manpower will be deployed by the contractor for each shift(s). No claim(s) by contractor on this ground will be entertained at any stage. In case of any difference of opinion between Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor in this regards, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

(d) All the complaints / repair works received/assign on a particular day will be addressed and completed on that particular day only (up to 1800 hrs) or any stipulated time given by the Engineer-in-charge. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and complete all the complaints / repair works on the same day or any stipulated time given by the Engineer-in-charge, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundred only) per complaint / repair work per day shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

(e ) In case, additional manpower other than mentioned here-in-above, will be required to carry out necessary masonry repair work(s) of same day, the contractor shall be solely responsible for providing the same without any extra cost and no extra payment will be made in this affect at any stage.

(f) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

(g) All the manpower employed by contractor should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking or other drugs.

Note :- Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 3 here-in-before :-

(A) Mason (Skilled) wages per person per day including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

(B) Labour (Unskilled) wages per person per day including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

Outsourcing of maintenance services for attending day to day different type of complaints pertaining to internal electrification / LT supply such as checking of existing electrical items/circuits for continuous electrical supply or detection of nature of defect/fault, carrying out minor repairs as required to make the items/circuits functional or to restore electric supply by means of tightening loose connections, insulating the naked wire, opening of bakelite sheet, cover plates, DBs etc and refixng the same after necessary repairs, cutting of bakelite sheet for fixing of accessories & making all electric connection etc, replacing defective items i.e. switch, socket, fan regulator, MCB, MCCB, ballast, tube rods, casing & capping, conduits, PVC boxes, wires, luminaries of any type & in any position and other electrical accessories etc for different areas under GE South , Delhi Cantt-10 namely Shankar Vihar, Anuj Vihar, Vikram Vihar, Tarapore Enclave (Rangpuri) Offr Md Accn, every day including Sunday & closed holiday except Republic Day, Independence Day and Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti by deploying following manpower as per following shift, to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with following requirements/condition, complete all as specified & directed :-

Notes for Item No 4.00 :- (a) The contractor will have to deploy minimum 05 Nos of electricians & 03 Nos. helper to electrician as described below to attend day to day internal/LT electric supply complaints as per following :- (i) 02 Nos. of electricians & 02 Nos. helper to electrician in day shift of 08 hrs and 01 No of electrician & 01 No. helper to electricians in 2nd shift of 08 hrs timings as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge on every day complaint cell at Shankar Vihar. (ii) 01 No of electrician in day shift of 08 hrs and 01 No of electrician in 2nd shift of 08 hrs timings as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge on every day of complaint cell at Tarapore Enclave.

(b) The electrician(s) must be qualified/skilled enough to understand the electric supply circuits comprising of various LT control panels, switch gears, change over switches, LT busbar and other connected accessories to carried out necessary repair work and to providing uninterrupted power supply to various Married/OTM and other connected area. They should be well conversant with the lay out diagrams of the electric supply and locations of diversions and switch gear etc and their operations.

(c) The timing of shift(s) and location will be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per ground requirements in consultation with user, accordingly, the manpower will be deployed by the contractor for each shift(s) and location. No claim(s) by contractor on this ground will be entertained at any stage. In case of any difference of opinion between Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor in this regards, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

(d) All the complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within two hrs from the time of receipt of complaint or any stipulated time given by the JE/Engineer-in-charge. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and rectify the complaint on the two hrs from the time of receipt of complaint or any stipulated time given by the JE/Engineer-in-charge, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 50.00 (Fifty Rupees only) per complaint per Hour for first two hours and after that Rs.100.00 per complaint per hour shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

(e) In case, additional manpower other than mentioned here-in-above, will be required for to attend day to day internal electric supply complaints and smooth functioning of internal electrification system, the contractor shall be solely responsible for providing the same without any extra cost and no extra payment will be made in this affect at any stage.

(f) The minor items i.e. screws, washers, fuses, small wires of any size and description up to 0.5 mtrs length, thimbles (up to 6 sqmm size wire), blanking plates, insulation tapes etc and major items/materials which are required to be replaced with new one i.e. switch, socket, bell push, lamp holder, ceiling rose, fan regulator, modular accessories, ballast / choke, lamp, bakelite sheet, MCCB, MCB, casing & capping, plug top, light luminaries, PVC box, conduits etc shall be issued by department for "Free for Fixing only", but cost of labour element is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

(g) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary T&P (i.e. screw driver set each sizes, line tester, combination and cutting pliers, cutting knife, hand gloves suitable for available voltages, Test lamp with conductor and holder etc) equipment and safety measures shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

(h)The electrician(s) shall not leave the complaint cell till the next reliever(s) available on complaint cell.

(j) All the manpower employed by contractor should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking or other drugs.

(k) If any person found absent from particular shift hours, a penalty of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) per day has been recovered from the contractors dues.

Note :- Rates required to be quoted for execution of the work as described in Srl item No 4 here-in-before :-

(A) Electrician (Skilled) wages per person per day including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

(B) Helper to electrician (Unskilled) wages per person per day including ESI, contribution of bonus, EPF, overhead profit and overhead charge, GST, LWC as per existing rule.

Notes for Sch - 'A' (BOQ) :- 1. The work will be carried out in multi-storeyed buildings (up to 10 storeyed). Hence, the rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of the all elements concern with T&P, labour and other misc item, requisite for executing the work at such heights. No additional claims/payments against it shall be entertained at any stage of work at any circumstances. 2. As the above work will be executed in multi-storeyed buildings, a group insurance policy for the people working at such heights should be submitted before starting of the work and rates quoted shall be deemed inclusive of all expenditure incurred in getting insurance for the man power employed for this contract. 3. The contractor shall provide all safety equipments such as safety belts, harness, helmets, gumboot, shoes and all other requisite equipments etc as required to ensure safety of workmen during execution of work and cost of these items are deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

4. The contractor will install and maintain a Biometric Based Attendance Monitoring System (BBAMS) in complaint cell and enroll their employed staff in it. The contractor will submit the attendance records of his employed staff on daily basis to Engineer-in-charge and GE (South) for their perusal. If contractor fail to submit the attendance records then the payment of employed staff for that week will not be admissible to him.

5. The uniform for all skilled and unskilled labour employed by the contractor shall be got approved from the GE. 6. Deployment of manpower between two complaint cells can supplement each other as per order of GE with prior notice to contractor. 7. The rates quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by the Govt of India/State Govt/ Local bodies whichever is higher including all statuary provisions. 8. Contractor is required to quote up to two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. 9. In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as Class of contractor, financial soundness and past records and performance reports of work completeby the firms in MES.
