Repair, Maint of Diesel Driven Gen Set by replacing unserviceable items such as gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers, spring,filters etc all as required, for servicing of DG Set including replacement of connected fast moving items complete as specified and directed for the following DG Set at certain places of any make/model Note: All replacement items to be paid separetely in respective items.Capacity of DG set as following:-

Upto 10 KVA

Repair / Maint of existing control panel of DG Set by replacing the connected items such as Connectors, leads, copper wire, thimble, Analouge Ammeter, Analogue Ammeter, Analogue Voltmeter, Frequency meter etc along with any other items requierd to be replaced as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note-Ammeter, Voltmeter and frequency meter shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix multi-function meter suitable for for 600 kVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Chrage.

Supply and fix Analogue Ammeter of following type

0-250 Amp, 3 Phase 415 Volt

0-175 Amp, 3 Phase 415 Volt

0-150 Amp, 3 Phase 415 Volt

0-125 Amp, 3 Phase 415 Volt

0-1000 Amp, 3 Phase 415 Volt

M & L for cleaning of fuel tank of DG sets of any make and capacity including replacement of fuel level indicating tube and markings complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Chrage.

Supply and fix in repair flame proof asbestos rope of specified dia wrapped around the exhaust pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable alternator from 10 KVA to 160 KVA DG set and removing starter and rotor, removing old burnt out winding wire and rewinding the stator of suitable size with super enameled copper wire and insulating materials complete including re-assembling the complete alternator, fixing in position and testing on load complete including replacement of bearing of suitable size – 01 Set complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement battery charger SMPS compatible with existing arrangement, 12 volt, 10 Amp complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement battery charger SMPS compatible with existing arrangement, 24 volt, 10 Amp complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & replacement of Fan Blade for 10KVA to 600 KVA DG set as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair only Analogue Voltmeter 0-500 Volt, 3 Phase, 415 Volts

Supply & fix in repair only Frequency Meter 50 Hz

Repair/ Over hauling of self starter assembly of any type/make/model including of bearing bushing, washer, bendix pinion, carbon bush, field coil, clutch assembly, armature etc complete as required for proper functioning complete for the following DG sets all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10 kVA to 160 KVA

Dismanting Radiator from DG set Engine from inside and out side, Cleaning and Washing the Radiators & fins by Compressed Air with chemical Water, removing all Dust etc from the Radiator and Filling Coolant, Re-assemble the same in Original Position with new gaskets, hoses and clamps complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Chrage for the following capacity DG Sets. Note: Parts shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

10 KVA to 160 KVA

Repair / over hauling of automatic/manual, governor assembly of any capacity/make/type/model complete including calibration replacement of spare parts as required to make the governor 100% trouble free

Reconditioning Battery 12 Volts 180 AH by replacing all cells, Battery terminals posts, separate etc all as required including chargingetc for proper functioning for one year (Guaranteed Service)

All as per Sl No. 16 above but for 120 AH

Repair/over hauling servicing of dynamo assembly of any make/type/rewinding of armature and field coil including replacement of bearing/bushing, carbon bush etc all as required to make dynamo 100% serviceable.

S&F in repair indicator lamp LED type as per existing complete all as specified & directed by E-in-Chrage

S&F batteries for DG Sets Factory charged Model-Pulse Ultra Plus with SMPS Charger built in sealed maintenance free generator starting system euivalent to 01x12 Volts 170 AH/180 AH red, green and yellow for charging indicator process built in battery body complete all as specified & directed by E-in-Chrage and visit at site before precurement

S&F in repair Kwh meter 3 phase 4w, 5A complete of any make/capacity complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Chrage.

Supply and fixing in replacement of float valve brass, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe of 25mm dia bore .

S&F, Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding 20 mm dia bore fixed complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with 4 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable drawn in & including PVC casing caping with all accessories casing caping as approved by EIC with PVC 4 mm multi stranded insulated unsheathed copper wire for continous earth sunk in cast iron/MS terminal box duly painted with aluminum paint inside and anticorrosive paint out side with 2.8 mm thick backlite sheet cover for mounting switch & sockets for the One3 Pin socket outlet, 15 Amps, on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing MCB single pole, 240 volts 6 to 40 Amps capacity.

S & F Sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable drawn through rigid non metallic PVC conduit with one run of 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and necessary connections complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 6.0 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and one run of 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit of size 20mm shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix Bib taps 25 mm cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heating elements of 1000 watt/1500 watt all as specified and directed

M&L for Gun metal gate or globe valves, ISI marked (IS-778/84) pressure tested 1.5 mpa with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete suitable for 25 mm bore of pipe all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of GI strutures of storage tank mounted and solar plate fitted by scratching out old bubbled paint, sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including with two coat of lime wash on structure coping all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F of Evacuated tube collector SS water storage tank of capacity 100 ltrs including dismantling existing unsv kept in custody for credit all as directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F of 3 core x 2.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for service connections solar heater element assembly.

Dismantling element rod assembly of capacity 1000/1500 watt fitted in solar water storage tank including draining of stored water, repairing the water leakage with suitable size of washers/gaskets replacing the rusted nut bolts with new one refixing and testing the functionablity the same after repair all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking up or down (from wall/trenches/floor) existing steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of following sizes:-
