Removing of Filter Media Sand and Gravel; including lifting, stacking the same within 50m lead from filter house.

Spreading, drying grading, screening in two different sizes, sieving and washing old filter sand and gravel with water as per direction, drying and stacking near filter house including labour, using MIDC’s sieves (water supplied by MIDC at free of cost) etc. complete.

Dismantling RCC work of all grades of concrete and sorting out the materials such as steel etc. as directed and stacking them with all leads & lift as directed.

Cleaning of Laterals by cutting and removing lids / caps of each laterals, Chemicals soaking and high pressure jet cleaning to remove accumulated dense sludge. SS 304 welding and assembly of V wire lateral

Picking up old CI / DI line including excavation, dismantling the flanged joints / lead joints, collecting leads rings, weighting them, returing to departmental stores, lifting pipes & stacking them within a lead of 60 mtr of refilling trends etc complete b) Mannual operation (80 mm dia)

Laying of V - wire under drain system including laying & fixing the laterals in position as shown in the drawing. Fixing end cap to one end & 'T' to the other end of the lateral. Fixing separate air header with coupler over the 'T' of the lateral connecting air nipple between 'T' of the lateral and air header with coupler whole assembly arranged as per drawing over the manifold.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-25 of trap /granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns and steel stanchions etc. including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork ,cover blocks, laying/pumping, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Drilling holes in existing concrete structure for reinforcement anchoring with the help of HILTY - 500 chemical including locating existing reinforcement with the help of device PS-35 including all labour material machinery transportation charges

Supply of filter media fine quality sand from any source having effective size 0.45 to 0.70 and uniformity coefficient within the limit of 1.3 to 1.7 within premises as per IS 8419 Part-I of 1977 including ransportation, loading, unloading, stacking and for all leads.

Conveying and laying of filter media sand from godown / store to filter box for lead uotp 100 mtr.

Filling the old and new gravels and fine sand in the filter beds properly in grades and layers as required including all labour and tools and plants etc complete.

Providing and Applying ACPRS PLCR SYSTEM PRIMER followed by ACPRS PLCR SYSTEM finish coat to the internal surface having two component system non toxic, solvent free, low VOC,safe for contact of potable water and food stuff when applied on exposed concrete / steel surfaces. Manufacturer should have the Dakks certification as well as ISO 9001:2015 accredited for manufacturing and formulation (Rates excluding GST).

Supply of Multi parameter Portable Water testing kit including tests of pH, Hardness, Chloride, Floride, Nitrate Iron and free chlorine to check parameters on field
