PROVN (UPGRADATION) OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER AND REPLACEMENT OF OLD HT/LT CABLE AT DANAPUR CANTT UNDER GE DANAPUR

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 ( 11 meter long) complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately as these respectively

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, loop insulator large size all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2010 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC, earth work and Insulators etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix gang operated air break switches, triple pole, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level Vertical type for rating upto 400 Amps, 11000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing drop out fuse assembly complete set with Insulator-02 Nos and connected accessories for 11000 Volts grade of 400 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix lightening arrestor linear resistance type distribution class discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11 KV system pole mounting type conforming to IS - 3070 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L pin type/post top , porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11 KV grade including one galvanised iron washer, nut and pin complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.
