Thorough cleaning of septic tank with sludge pump including disposal of waste outside the corporation area including removing septic tank cover and refixing cover in its position as per direction of the E/I including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (S.No. 22.19)

Same as in item No. 1 above but for inspection chamber (S.No. 22.20)

Cleaning of main drain of width more than 300mm including disposal of waste refuses, sludge out side the DVVNL area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely (Rate for cleaning the drain per R.M. per month for cleaning the drains once a week) Approximate length of Drain (S.No. 22.21) (5472.00 RM @ 8.00 /- RM = 43776.00 /12 Months = 3648 /- Per Month

Disposal of rubbish/debris out side the DVVNL area as per direction of Engineer in charge including cartage labour and materials T&P etc requried for proper completion of the work ( No. deduction for voids shall be made) (S.No. 22.22)

Cleaning and opening of chocked W.C./bath/kitchen pipe line including opening and refixing of chamber cover including washing etc complete (Analysis based on NBO-11 25.020) (CSI No. 20.26)

Thorough cleaning of R.C.C. OHT upto capacity of one lac litres with bleaching powder and rubbing inside surface of OHT with jute and wire brush including cleaning and washing the surface with water including operation of tubewell and valves if required as per direction of E/I including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of wrok. (S.No. 22.38)

Supply and sprinkling of lime in all drains of colony and watr logged area including cost of all labour materials and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work (CSI No. 22.72)

Thorough cleaning and dusting of rooms Non Residencial Building including Old MD Office (D/S), New MD Office Building, Jyoti Bhawan (T/S), MM Office (T/S), Sheds, RAPDRP Office (D/S), ALO Office, Committee Hall etc. (Approx. 4800 Sqm Carpat Area) daily in the morning before 10:00 AM and cleaning of all floors of offices/rooms/corridors/lobby and other utility area thereafter with cleaning of switch boards with thinner, room freshening, fortnightly vacumn cleaning of Roller/vertical blinds/cushions of chair/sofa, cleaning of jalas as and when required, weekly or as per requirement wiping of glass panes minimum twice a month with SQGE wiper and other necessary equipments/T&P such as hard & soft brooms/hand mops, wiper, automatic scrubbers etc including cost of all materials, labour required for cleaning of floors like colin, harpic, phenyl, tile cleaning powder etc including supply & replacment of consumables such as freshner etc as and when required including placing of dustbin and disposal of refuse, sludge/waste etc outside corporation area required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I (NSI)

Daily Single lane roads Cleaning of roads and their side patteries including sweeping removing garbagee and vegetation from patteries if any and its disposal to dust bins (CSI 22.74b) (Aproximate Length of Road 750 M)

Cleaning of General toilets of non residential buildings including cost of detergent powder harpic, phenyl, and suitable acid, Tiles cleaning, powder, freshner etc as requried for proper completion of the work (CSI No. 22.76) (twice a day) For common toilets (6 Nos.X30 Days X 10 Months)

Cleaning of Attach toilets of non residential buildings including cost of detergent powder harpic, phenyl and suitable acid, Tiles cleaning powder, freshner etc as requried for proper completion of the work (Based on CSI No. 22.76) (Once a day) For attached toilets (50 Nos.X30 Days X 10 Months)
