Manufacturers or their authorized Distributor/ Dealer/Agent with Tenders specific authorization can only quote. OEMs can authorize and give Tender Specific Authorization to its Agent / dealers to quote on their behalf provided the manufacturer takes full responsibility for the quality of the material including warranty obligation and the inspection of product against Railways order is carried out at the manufacturers premises. The offer without Tender Specific Authorisation Letter will be summarily rejected if tenderer is not manufacturer/OEM .

The Railway reserve the right to procure entire or bulk of the tendered quantity from RCF approved sources or his tender specific authorised dealer for:ID: 2400070001 . Tenderer to upload current and valid RCF approval letter with their offer. The status of the firm shall be reckoned as on the date of Tender opening and not thereafter, unless there is a case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning.

(a) Tenderers are hereby instructed to supply the tendered quantity to the respective consignee(s) as indicated in tender document. [b] If tenderers mention anywhere in its offer contrary to (a) above and/or mentions not to supply to some of the consignees, such offer may not be considered for ordering for such consignees where the tenderer has not agreed to directly deliver the stores without any back reference.
