Technical Bid

RequiredAnnual Turnover Certificate-Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25, achieved in at least two financial years a Average annual financial turnover of Rs 30.00 Lakhs.

RequiredContractor Registration Certificate -Tenderer in his name should have Civil Contractor Registration Certificate enclosed issued by competent authority

RequiredWork Done Certificate- Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25, satisfactory completed, at least one similar nature of Electrical/ Similar Work of value not less than Rs.15.00 Lakhs as prime contractor.

RequiredLine of Credit Certificate- Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 9.00 Lakhs Unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.

Corrigendum / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the e-portal only.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

The Tenderer shall scan Original Work done certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of technical bid opening.

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

Discrepancies in the unit mentioned in Bill of quantities if any the Units specified in the respective Schedule of Rates will prevail.

Etc., complete including all lead and lift as per the instruction of the officer in Charge of the work.
