M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x300X7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incluidng 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for swimming pool tiles 20 x 20 mm & 4 mm thick, blue/green glass mosaic tiles fixed with adhesive epoxy grout of approved make, adhesive 20 Kg per bag of area coverage 90 Sqft and epoxy 10 kg per packet of area coverage 90 Sqft to newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes/ floor tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (door, windows & Ventilators) (without taking off shutter from frames) not exc 1.5 Sqm each and making good of disturbed surface match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) including welding, rivetting etc; of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E 250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of water proofing treatment to RCC roof with APP modified membrane with and including comprising of following steps:- (a) Applying 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with and incl water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab. (b) Surfaces of the roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc. shall be cleaned of all foreign matters such as fungus, mass, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets the grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment as pipes, chimney stacs etc. and other similar situations to ease up about corners. (c) All joints & turns in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml per bag of cement and well cured. (d) Fillets of PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 of 100 x 100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. (e) Applying bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (f) Applying two coats of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade to concrete surfaces @ 1.5 Kg/ sqm each coat.

M&L for brick work with fly ash modular bricks in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius as in walls and similar work complete all as specified and directed.
