Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The intended bidder should quote excluding of GST in his quoted price.

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing work

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details

Past Experience

The bidder should have experience in Repair /Reconditioning /overhauling/commissioning of Hydraulic pumps/Hydraulic Power pack in any power plant/process industries

Others -- the bidder shall furnish work order/Job order copies

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder should have executed a similar type of work costing not less than Rs. 3.60 lakhs in single/ multiple work orders in any of the preceding five years

Others -- shall submit Work done/Performance certificate issued by competent authority

Financial Status

The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs. 7.20 Lakhs in any two years during the preceding 5 financial years

Others -- turnover certificate/balance sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant shall be submitted
