Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness below and above ground level, all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM (1:6) etc complete, all as directed.

M&L for with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete, all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed

M&L for Readymix mixture of plaster in cement mortar 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Readymix mixture of plaster in cement mortar 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Readymix mixture of plaster in cement mortar 5 mm thick on fair faces of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified and directed.
