Supply and Stacking of the following material as per CPWD Specification 2009 at NDMC Store including all leads:-
Acrylic Smooth Exterior Emulsion Paint Brick Red.
Acrylic Smooth Exterior Emulsion Paint White.
Conditions:- 1. The sample shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before the supply started. 2. The quoted rates shall be net, inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST, cartage etc. and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates in this account to the contractor. 3. The supply shall be made in proportionate to the time allowed for supply as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4. The supplier shall submit the manufactures test report and valid license certificate of ISI Marked materials and other necessary documents of the laboratory alongwith each batch/shade of supply. 5. The materials shall be supplied from fresh batch in 20 litres packing and should not be older than one month from date of supply. 6. The materials shall be stacked properly as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge in the store for which nothing extra shall be paid by NDMC. 7. The Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint will be ISI marked as per IS: 15489-2004 in 20 litres packing. 8. Each container shall be marked with following:- (a) NDMC supply (b) Supply Order No. (c) IS: 15489-2004 (d) Manufactures and his recognized brand name etc. (e) Month & Year of manufacturing (f) Volume of material Container will be treated as rejected if above mentioned markings are not found clearly at the time of supply.
