Schedule I : Design Services (Design, Drawings and Documentation)
A. Conducting route survey on command area map along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station and Auto Level, and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & other Tube Well sites, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 3 (Three) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works & other related sites.

Design, supply, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of dedicated Power line from the APDCL Sub Station to the Intake location for power as per requirement of including installation of long PSC poles, conductor, 1 No.11/0.4 KV and 315 KVA Transformer including liaisoning and obtaining statutory approvals/ clearances etc and all accessories as specified.
H. Supplying including installation, testing and commissioning of Air/Water Cooled Diesel Generator set coupled to suitable alternator of minimum 160 KVA - 3 PHASE ,220/415 V, AC, 1/3-Phase 0.8 p.f.(la mounted on a 1) M.S. Fabricated base frame.,2) M.S. fuel tank of required capacity.,3) Residual Silencer.,4) AMF Control Panel.5) Suitable batteries with lead.,5) First fill of lube oil.,6) Acoustic Enclosure complete with all accessories for back-up Power supply at Raw water Intake Pumping units.
I. Design, supply, laying and testing of Raw water pumping machinery along with delivery header main of min. 400 mm dia. x 6.0 m. long manifold type M.S. fabricated common header (barel fabricated out of 12 mm Tk. plate and Flanges fabricated out of 25 mm Tk. Plate ) with 3 nos. 400 mm dia, 400 mm long flanged inlets (barel fabricated out of 10 mm Tk. plate and Flanges fabricated out of 20 mm Tk. plate) , 3 Nos 400 mm. dia. double aurmured flexible flanged rubber hoses conforming to relevant BIS specifications and of 3.0 m. standard length, including internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel painting, One No. Air release Valve and all necessary nuts & bolts with washers, rubber insertion sheet etc and all accessories as specified in chapter- 7 of Specification for Pumping Station (Mechanical and Civil).
J. Design and construction of Protection of river bank at barge site as per requirement of site condition with Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each and filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 as per APWD SOR(RR)
Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main :
A. Design, supply, laying , testing and commissioning of approximate 14600.00 m long Raw Water transmission main with DI S/S ended pipe of minimum 250 mm dia as per IS-8329 with neoprene/ SBR 'O' ring gaskets ,DI and MS plain ended / flanged specials such as bend , tee , reducer / enlarger , end plug , socket , spigot , etc., all conforming to relevant BIS Standards .MS specials shall be fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS plate (20 mm thick flange) by Electric Arch welding all as per relevant BIS specification (with current amendment) including providing internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel paint as per specifications.
B. Supply, installation and testing of 8 Nos Double acting air valve CI DF 150 NB and PN 1.0 conforming to IS:14846 with isolating Sluice valve on Pumping main to allow adequate air transfer during operation, emptying and filling and shall be provided at every summit of the pipeline .
C. Supply, installation and testing of 6 Nos Sluice valve of CI DF 250mm dia and PN 1.0 conforming to IS:14845 on valley of the pipeline to drain out the water including construction of valve chamber. The valve shall be provided at such a distance and of such a size that the pipeline section can be emptied within 2 to 4 hours. After completion , pipe assembly shall be hydraulically tested.
D. Supply, installation and testing of 5 No Non-return valve of CI DF 800 NB and PN 1.0 conforming to IS standards with all necessary bolts , nuts, washers, gaskets etc.
E. Pipe jack for Railway crossing with Jacking and Pushing method. The item include design, fabricating, supplying, pushing, jointing required diameter of MS casing pipe( min 20mm thick) of required length, construction of Receiving and Jacking pit with suitable shoring and strutting (if required), including installation of jacking platform, thrust resistant arrangement of required capacity including , hydraulic jacking with required accessories, required excavation inside the jacking pipe and disposal the same, etc. all complete including necessary payable administrative charge to the Railway authority.
Schedule IV : Water Treatment Plant:
A. Design, Construction, Erection, Commissioning and testing of of Water Treatment Plant of capacity 3.90 MLD (in 16 hours of operation and with raw water from underground source) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution, having provision for Cascade type aeration, rapid mixing, Coagulation & Filtration followed by disinfection, suitable for smooth & trouble free operation of the plant, Provision for Back Washing, Chemical house and having provision for one Water Works Office , filter back wash water tank, sludge disposal system, recycling of back wash water, all internal connection & by-pass piping system all complete including completion of all already incomplete works at treatment plant as directed and specified.
B. Under Ground Sump: Design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of balance works of 300.00 cum. Capacity RCC Under Ground Treated Water Sump and RCC clear water pump room above the Sump having all appurtenances & provision in the Sump for all inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement; calibrated water level indicator; Air Vent Pipe; Men Hole with Cover; CI Lugs inside the sump etc., and complete finishing of the pump room having steel casement window / ventilator, MS Rolling Shutter, C.C. flooring with metallic concrete hardener / C.C. flooring with metallic concrete hardener, internal electrification (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, as directed and specified.
C. Design, supply, construction of balance works of Staff Accommodation at Treatment Plant site for completion of internal wall finished with plastic paint & exterior surfaces finished with weather coat cement paint and powder coated pre laminated corrugated Galvanised sheet roofing), A.C. sheet ceiling with wooden frame etc. including all necessary internal water supply & sanitary installation work , internal electrification (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., necessary plinth protection work, white ant treatment etc., all complete, as directed and specified.
D. Boundary Wall: Design and construction of balance works of brick Security Wall with RCC framed structure at treatment plant site with MS gate having locking arrangement, wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer), all complete, as directed and specified.
E. Internal Road and Service Drain : Design and construction of internal road/path and service Drain made of cement concrete laid over flat brick soling etc. inside the treatment plant area, land scrapping & arboriculture, compound illumination with 12 (twelve nos. of 250 Watt HPSV street light luminaries mounted on 4.0 m. high GI pole & wiring with 6.0 sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor in loop within the treatment plant site including all necessary labour & materials, all complete, as directed and specified.
F. Approach Road : Design and construction of Development of Approach Road (with Hume pipe culvert) conforming to specification and norms of APWD / MoST to the Treatment Plant with cement concrete pavement from the nearby existing public road (formation width at Top 4.0 m, paved width - 3.0 m.) including preparation & compaction of sub grade, providing 500 mm. thick granular sub base to WBM specification etc. including payment of all taxes & duties, forest royalty, octroi, all complete, as directed and specified.
G. Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of all mechanical Process equipment’s like Agitator for Flash Mixer, Parshal flume for connecting channel, Clariflocculator bridge with scrapper and Agitator, Control valve, gates, Rapid Gravity Filter, as per minimum design data considerations and specifications.
H. Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Clariflocculator waste collection tank for Sludge Disposal with all with all inlet, outlet, drain, overflow pipe works and control valves, Flow meter, level indicator and all other associated works as specified.
I. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Treated Water Pumping machinery in the clear water pump room of treatment plant including all necessary electrical and other installation works: 3 nos. (2working + 1 standby ) horizontal split casing type electrically operated centrifugal pump set application-Motor driven pump, Liquid-Clear water, No of stage-1, Casing-CI, Impeller-Bronze, Shaft-Stainless steel, Shaft sleeve-Stainless steel) with matching drive motor (INDUCTION motor IE3 Squirrel Cage TEFC Motors, RPM 1500, Voltage-415V±10%, frequency 50Hz ±5%, Continuous rating (SI Duty IP-55 enclosure with class 'F' insulation suitable for ambient temperature 50°C (temperature rise limited to class 'B') and altitude of up to 100m above MSL) with variable frequency drive where required, all of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification & other regulatory norms, giving a required discharge against total maximum head including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear along with required capacity Capacitor bank panel and connection cable of required sizes, & required GI piping etc., anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, including payment of all taxes and duties as applicable, furnishing manufacturer's test certificate & characteristic performance curve of the pump set, all complete as per Employer's Requirements and specified.
J. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning Providing electrical power connection to 3.9 MLD treatment Plant including drawl of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, Supply of Transformer, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as specified & directed. Approximate power requirement : 250 KVA
Schedule V: Elevated Service Reservoirs
A. Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Balance Works of Over head service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging of 900 cum. capacity and minimum 18 m staging height for Zone-II covering at treatment plant site.
B. Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Balance Works of Over head service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging of 550 cum. capacity and minimum 18 m staging height for Zone-II covering at treatment plant site.
Schedule VI : Clear Water Transmission main
DI - K9 Pipes for Clear water Pipes and Specials: - :- Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, disinfection and commissioning of Clear water transmission main of Supply, delivery & Stacking of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K9, and P 1.0 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-9 suitable for Push- on Joint (Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes as per of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces as per IS 8329:2000. including third party inspection (Pre and Post) including DI Specials and fittings of class K12, with plain, double socket, Socketed and flanged DI specials conforming to IS: 9523 including various types of bends, tees, reducers, socket and flanged tail pieces, duck foot bends, collars, mechanical joints, dead end caps, blank flanges etc. as per requirement including EPDM rubber gaskets suitable for tyton joints and ‘O” rings required for the jointing of specials with the pipes, nuts and bolts with packing gaskets, including required valves, appurtenances and chamber (air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, pressure gauges) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved grade excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, thrust blocks, nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals including all up to commissioning, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements, hydro-testing complete for distribution system as per Technical Specifications and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

A) DI - K7 Pipes for Distribution network:- Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Supply, delivery, Stacking, laying, Trail run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. Road cut / railway crossing/ nalla/ drain/ culvert crossing, jointing and hydro-testing for distribution pipe network of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K7, and P 1.6 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-7 as per details given below suitable for Push- on Joint (EPDM Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces ” of IS 8329:2000, Third Party Inspection (Pre & Post) as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer including all labour, material, equipment all lead and lift all work complete including earth work, back filling & thrust blocks, including providing and erecting steel bridges for 350mm and 400mm dia DI pipe on nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals including all up to commissioning, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC Thrust blocks wherever necessary, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Trail run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. Valve Chambers - Design and Construction of RCC and Brick masonry chambers for valves including cost of reinforcement, PCC (1:4:8) and RCC (M20) work, cost of supply and bending and binding of steel with required shuttering, cost of brick work (230/ 350 mm thick Brickwork in CM 1:6) with plaster (10mm thick of 1:6) from inside and outside , precast slabs and supply and installation of SFRC frame and coves wherever required, including excavation, dewatering, formwork, backfilling, road restoration and all the miscellaneous items of work, but excluding the supply and installation of pipes and specials, valves etc. as per specification, approved design and drawings.

2(Two) months Trial Run of the complete water supply scheme after successful commissioning of all the system component including payment of wages for all pump operator, treatment plant operator, Khalashi, Plumber, Electrician, helper etc.; payment of electrical power tariff & load charges for intake station & treatment plant; providing POL for the Captive Power Generators; and, supplying all necessary chemicals, disinfectants, laboratory reagent etc., all complete, as directed and specified.
