SITC of air cooled ducted split type air conditioning machine with each having a capacity and details as mentioned below suitable for operation on factory charged R-32/R-410A Green refrigerant comprising of Scroll /rotary type compressor hermatically sealed complete with automatic capacity, safety switches, lubrication system, Suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class 'B' insulation suitable for operation on sigle / three phase supply, 50 Hz, A.C. supply for Blower motor, Necessary drive arrangement for blower motor, Matching Air cooled condenser with necessary fittings for refrigerant piping connections, necessary structural support for mounting condensers, Microprocessor based control panel complete with accessories, machine isolation / disconnect switch, valves and accessories to inter connect compressor and condender including pressure testing, vacuum. Necessary starters suitable for Indoor & outdoor unit complete with O/L , U/V, phase reversal protection, single phase preventors etc complete as required. Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of site fabricated ducting made from GI sheet metal conforming to IS:277 with a zinc coating grade not less than 120 GSM (both side inclusive) & fabricated as per IS:655 and as per approved drawings & designs including the cost of hangers, supports, angle, expansion fasteners , closed cell neoprene gasket T&P etc. as required of following thickness. Test Certificate for Galavanizing with lot no. to be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of ducts with chemically cross link Oxide accetate foam open cell structure Acoustic Insulation with density 30 Kg / Sqm, UV protected and Class O Fire propperty Water Vapour absorption 0.002 gm / Sqcm, including cost of adhesive etc. complete in all respect. Supplying, installing, testing and balancing of double louvered of extruded Aluminium Powder coated supply/return air grills of various sizes, Each grill shall be with fixed aerofoil shaped horizontal front bar at 0 deflection and back adjustable vertical louvers, air distribution grid for straightening the air flow through the collar and register including fixing with steel screws etc. complete in all respect. Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of interconnecting copper refrigerant piping of DHE Grade C12200- ASTM B68, B75, chemical composition of copper %- 99.0 Min and Phosphorus %- 0.015 to 0.040 . For Annealed copper tube :- Tensile strength = 210 Mpa wih elongation % = 40 Min . Ink Mark Brand Printing on Hard Tubes should be present. duly insulated with tubular elastomeric nitrile rubber FM/UL approved with high water vapor diffusion resistance and low thermal conductivity should be certified 'Class O' in Fire Propagation as per BS 476 Part 6 including chase cutting andfilling with mortar, Slotted channel supports mounted on 10 mm threaded rod at suitable spacing the exposed piping shall be wrapped with glass woven cloth and lag coating for vapour barrier and weather protection. Joints shall be covered with nitrile rubber tape of 3 mm thick complete as required of following sizes. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. P & F of Fire retardent flexible canvass connection made of fibreglass weave having silver grey silicon rubber coating, of height 200 mm with sufficient fold to avoid transmission of vibration with GI frame ,Gasket Nut Bolts for air cooling Plants/AHU/FCU etc as required. Providing & Fixing of IS : 4985 - 2000 Class -4 (10 Kgf / Sqcm) UPVC drain water piping with fittings (IS:7834 & 10Kgf/sqcm) like elbow, socket, Tee, solvent cement jointing, support with MS hanger on ceiling or recessed in wall with chasing & plastering with 6 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation including leakage testing etc. as required of following Nominal sizes. Providing and making wall openings in existing stone / Brick masonary partition wall complete with all requited T & P , Scafolding and providing lintel of required size and strength, repairing ,plastering and cleaning the site debrises as required.

Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size.
