M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Notes for Srl. Item No.32 : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- Charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 24 hours duration.(ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch , irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints , jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting the electric supply to the transformer, opening the top cover of 11 KV/0.433 KV step down transformer upto 500 KVA capacity by removing the inspection cover/top cover, decanning of the transformer oil upto required level for replacement of LT/HT bush from the shell and replacement for burnt out/ unserviceable LT/HT bush, studs and gasket of buchholes to avoid leakge of oil, refilling of oil into the transformer after required repair works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) HT /LT metal studs, HT/LT bushes and gaskets will be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in-after. (b) Replacement of unserviceable bolts, nuts and washers are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Purification, filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various indoor/outdoor sub station by ultra high vaavvun filtration machine with stream line filtration plant at a temparature 60 to 70 degree. celsius and achieving minimum dielectric withstand strength of 60 KV for 1 minute in 2.5 mm gap setting (for used oil) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
