| 3.001.3) a) Supply of Kirloskar/ Kilburn / IVC / Fouress/ Gled /BHEL /Leader/ Kartar make Cast iron PN 1.6double flanged actuator valve ( to be provided on delivery side ) of size one size higher than the delivery size of pump and capable of with standing nominal seat pressure of 10 Kg / cm2 NOTE:-The C.I sluice valve shall conform to BIS 780 -1984 for 50 to 300 mm dia & BIS:2906-1984for 350 to 1200 mm dia ( latest adition ) However If seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed in above mentioned BIS. than It shall be of cast steel conforming to class ASA-150 for seat pressure upto 21 Kg/ cm2 or class ASA-300 for seatpressure 52 Kg/cm2 as BS1414(API 600 )= 2No. b) Supply of Kirloskar /Kilburn /IVC/ Fouress /Gled /BHEL/Leader /Kartar of suitable size cast steel double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye - pass arangement ( to be provided on delivery side ) of size one size higher than the delivery size of pump & shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure of 21kg/cm2 of class ASA -150 asper BS-1868-API(600).= 2No. c) Supply of Kirloskar/ Kilburn /IVC/ Fouress /Gled / BHEL/Leader/Kartar make Cast steel ouble flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye-pass arrangement of size equal to Rising main i.e. 150 mm and shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure of 21 Kg/ cm2 of class ASA-150 as per BS-1868-(API-600).=1No. NOTE: The C.I reflux valve shall conform to BIS 5312-1984 part -I( latest adition ) However if seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed In BIS 5312 than it shall be of cast steel conforming to class ASA-150 for seat pressure upto 21 Kg/ cm2 or class ASA-300 for seat pressure 52 Kg/cm2 as BS 1868 (API 600 ) | ||||||
| 4.001.4) A) Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex / Gloster/ Grandlay make Conforming to BIS: 1554 ( Part-I ) 1988 latest with upto dateammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered ( one cable carrying all three phases ) including all other Electrical equipment / accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipes, solder ,nuts & bolts, cable glands etc. laid in pipes or tranches under floor.The type size & make will be subjct to approval of HPSEB authority. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authoritties It shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost. : a) On supply side of 3-1/2 core( From HPSEB meter to Switch & Starter =15 mts of size 6 mm2 b) b) On motor side 3 core ( From Switch & Starter to Motor ) = 30 mts of size 4 mm2 = 1 Job B) Providing & laying double loop earthing and copper plate 600 X 600 X 3mm thick electrodecomplete with material such as charcoal & common salt, G.I pipes, thimbles,nuts & bolts, digging of pits G.I wire & 25X3mm copper strips as per BIS : 3043-1987 latest with upto date ammendments for above motors & other electrical equipment.=1 job. Note:- The strip size shall be 20x3 upto 18.5 KW,25x3 for 18.5 to 37 KW , 25x5 for 37 to 55 KW & 32x5 beyond 55 KW. C) Supply & errection of floor power factor Shunt Capacitor conforming to BIS2834-1986 latest with up to date ammendments BHEL / GEC / Machneil / Magger / Bajaj make to raise the prevailling power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to inductionmotor individually, of required KVAR according to HP of motor offered also including L & T / Standard / Kilburn make ICTP switches conforming to BIS 4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses ( Range to be specified by the tenderer.) = 1 No. | ||||||
