REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SEWAGE SYSTEM INCL CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKWELL ETC AT MD ACCN AND OTM ACCN OF UNDER AOR OF AGE B/R-I AT SHILLONG CANTT UNDER GE SHILLONG

Cleaning of sewage lines using split bamboo with a gunny bag piece tied with bamboo with binding wire and inserting the bamboo in sewage lines through manhole/gully trap/Nahani trap until clear flow of sewage is observed, of 100 mm to 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blocked water closet by flushing with water and cleaning of soil pipe upto first manhole, cleaning WC Pan and flushing cistern with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Manholes with spades or bucket, taking out sludge from manhole and disposed off aside by burying the entire sludge under ground in a pit of suitable size by putting earth mixed with rubbish in it and spreading bleeching powder surrounding the pit. Again use water with bucket and put into manhole to clear the sludge and ensure the sludge is drain out completely. The depth of manhole n. exc 1.00 metre each complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of earthwork in excavation for borrowing the pit and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

All as per item No 3.00 here-in-before but depth of manhole exceeding 1.00 metre but n.exc 2.00 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new pipe, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), finished and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 160.00 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5.00 here in above but of 110.00 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and removing sludge water/waste materials/foreign materials from septic tank of 10 Users and burring the entire sludge under ground in the pit of suitable size and covering the pit with earth or earth mixed rubbish and removing surplus soil to a distance exc 50 m including necessary earth work in pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and removing sludge water/waste materials/foreign materials from septic tank of 25 users and burring the entire sludge under ground in the pit of suitable size and covering the pit with earth or earth mixed rubbish and removing surplus soil to a distance exc 50 m including necessary earth work in pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth for foundation etc and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
