Surface excavation not exc 30cm and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and direced.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point.

Material and labour for forming embankment including raising or lowering earth spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick, watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller incl filling in soft spots hollow and depression etc which occurs during rolling for portion coming on cutting/original ground only to required level gradient or camber etc including watering before or during rolling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for soling (or GSB Granular Sub Base) 150mm thick spread thickness with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstices filled, using sand stone, lime stone, flint or quartzite, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in one layer with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) aggregte lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite, spread, watered and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with a brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removal all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with a brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removal all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 05 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Navigator

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC hume spun pipe 450mm dia type NP2 cuvert of 7.50 mtr length PCC 1:3:6 in foundation, brick with sub class B bricks in cm 1:4 in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and as shown in drg No CEUZ/TD-1293/08 Sheet 2/2.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 of Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor / Green Lite fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Convex mirror made up of polycarbonate materials having clear & definite mirror immage, 130 degree of viewing angle of size 100cm dia, provided on MS pipe 50 mm dia, 2.00mtr long duly poder coated, including embedded in PCC (450*450*450mm) 1:3:6 type C-2 at site as per manufactuer's instructions complete all as specified. (Make : 3M/ Dark Eye/ Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent).

S&F speed breaker of size 450 mm width and of height 45-50mm made out of strong weather-resistant hardened rubber capable to with stand weight of the vehicles comprises of segments of colour black/ yellow. Length of one segment 450-500mm and having 2 x 2 = 4 numbers glass reflective lenses suitable for fixed with 4 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails at site as per manufactuers instructions complete all as specified (Make : 3M/ Dark Eye/ Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent).

M&L for hard core broken stone, broken to guage n exc 63mm complete all aspeicified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as un sub base 100mm thick complete all aspeicified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling/cushioning under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment (colour as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges etc complete all aspeicified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply only Paving Bitumen grade VG-30. ( For Price adjustment in Job Mix Formula) Rate is ₹ 60 for per Kg.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 0.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
