Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work as in rafters, purlins, truss etc or of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections [Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality - B] as in hip and jack rafters, purlins, Gusset plate and base plates, where connected to common rafters and running rails, distance pieces, cleats, guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, framing for cladding, staging for water tanks, nuts, bolts, washers etc,includng welding or riveting etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable APP membrane with plaster from roof surfaces and removing debries outside MoD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick on roof top to receive water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specification from bottom to top (i) Cleaning of old concrete surfaces of roof, picking sweeping cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust and thoroughly washing down with clean water and dried complete (ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (iii) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based olymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 150gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height as required at site/30cm(minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (iv) One coat of Solar reflective bituminious Aluminium paint of approved brand to be provided over the APP membrane as per manufacturers instructions. Note : (a) Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approvrd by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted. (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non asbestos designer fibre cement building boards of size 595mmX595mmX4 mm thick, used as a panel insert in a frame work made using GI T-section of size 25mmX25mm in square pattern of grid size 600mmX600mm. The GI frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of J Hook and 4 mm GI wire of required size to maintain the proper levels etc. The GI frame work is supported on side wall with the use of GI L section of size 25mmX25mm angle, complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling / Paving Blocks including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debries/rubbish outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
