Sch 'A' Sec - II (Part-II), (BITUMINOUS ROAD WORK)

Material and labour for continous Jodhpur stone slab edging 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 30cm wide (for depth of edging) and 35 to 45cm long, lad dry vertically jointing and pointing in CM (1:4), each stone slab self faced on both the vertical sides, edges slightly true and square on top edge hammer dressed for the full thickness so that the depression from the straight edge held against the surface shall not exceed 20mm between two slabs including excavation and embedding to depth required and temping ground around stone edging, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Thermo plastic road marking 2mm thick ainting (lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on new or previously treated road surfaces) with road safety spikeries glass beads including preparation of new or previously treated road surface and applying paint by using special applicater machine with heating arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Sch 'A' Sec - IV (Part-II) (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS)

Supply, Fixing, testing, and commissioning Digital water level indicator (digital size 100mm) with five stage Magnetic level sensing probe unit made of stainless steel (SS-304) of minimum 16 mm dia probe stem customized to depth of the tank and sensors epoxy sealed in the probe stem actuated by float that moves on the probe stem with the level of water in the tank and reading shown in LED digital panel including connection from probe unit to panel and panel to DB with copper conductor cable of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions drawn through & including 20 mm dia PVC rigid conduit (heavy duty, ISI marked) fixed along RCC pillar/wall surface including all fitting arrengement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw terminal etc. Level indicator should be complete with alarm on low and high level (both visual and Audio) along with by pass facility for audio alarm complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Actice controls/ RAWACO/Century21st/Unison/Alphatech

.Supply and fixing 150mm dia sluice valve PN 1:0, ISI marked confirming to IS-14846, flanged and drilled, steel spindle and iron wheel, brass ring including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc all directed by Engr-in-Charge Make as per group one

.Supply and fixing 100mm dia sluice valve PN 1:0, ISI marked confirming to IS-14846, flanged and drilled, steel spindle and iron wheel brass ring including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc all directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing foot valve of any type & in any condition CI Foot Valve size 100 mm dia conforming to IS suitable for 100mm bore pipe fianged type including jointing material i.e rubber gasket, nut, bolts and washers etc.complete all as required at site.

Supply and fixing cast iron double air relase valve isolating type (ISI marked), flanged type and drilled, confirming to IS-14845, suitable for 80mm bore pipe including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron pipe class K-9 confirming to IS : 8329 of bore 200 mm (ISI marked), spigot & socketed ends centrifugally cast suitable for rubber tyton joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Earth work and DI specials/ fittings shall be measured and paid separetly. (b) Cost of joints including jointing materials shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Material and labour for DI pipe cutting upto 150 mm dia for reducing to required length for insertion of new branches, tees, collar, tail pieces etc in position complete all as specified. Note : 1. Excavation ,earth works required for job are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the Tenderer. 2 CI/DI fitting to be measured and paid seperatly

Excavation by trenchless technology for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard-standing using trenchless boring machine or by means of manual manpower suitable for inserting upto 200 mm dia pipe including removal of surplus soil and making good distrub surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 120 X120 X120 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, returning fillig and disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed, PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in cement mortar (1:4), inner plaster 12 mm thick in cm (1:4) finished even and smooth and pionting flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with handle and locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embeded portion of MS work duly applying black bitumenous paint before embeded complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawings.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of pump set centrifugal type mounted on common base foundation electric motor driven complete with all accessories and comprising of the following:- ( RD-160)

Pump centrifugal horizontal mounting type horizontal split type, cast iron body, multistage with CI impellers and stainless steel shaft 1000LPM discharge at 100 metre head, directly coupled with electric motor,1500 RPM

Squireel cage induction motor TEFC Type Energy IE-2, 3 phase 415 volts 50 c/s AC supply,1450 RPM suitable for above pump set but not less then 50 HP, mounted on common base foundation and directly coupled with above pump set and motor.

Suction pipe line using 100 mm dia class K9, DI flanged pipe from pump to Jack well (suitable length required) including all DI flanged fittings and making flanged joint with nuts,bolt, washers etc complete.

Delivery line of pump set using 200 mm dia flanged delivery pipe DI class k9 from pump to delivery header (approx distance between pump to delivery head upto 3 RM) including DI flanged fittings and joint with nut,bolts,washer etc complete. (Sluice valve & Reflex valve in delivery line shall be measured and paid separetaly)

Electrical cable PVC insulated, 3core 16 sqmm flexible drawn through and including 63 mm dia PVC pipe (4 kg/Sqcm) from motor to starter panel for star and delta connections separately complete with copper lungs, cable gland etc.

Bourden's type pressure gauge 100 mm dial type on delivery of pump set.

Common base foundation for pump set made of ISMC 100 suitable for above pump set as for manufacturers recommendation.

Material & Laeour for disconnecting suction and delivery connections of Existing Pumpset of any capacity/make at RD-535 including disconnecting electric connection from starter to motor LT panel board carefully without causing damage to the existing installed equipment and transporting of same to Gourisar PHED complex (qapprox 7 KM distance) with all Conneecting accessories , LT panel board and installing the same with all jointing material complete all as specified NOTE (a) All necessary T & P and transportation charges are deemed to included in item rate. (b) Necessary jointing material/ fittings required to complete the job is also deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra is admissible to the contractor on this account

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven Generating set, capacity 40 KVA outdoor type, 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 1500 RPM, liquid cooled engine as per IS 10001/10002 and brushless Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), mechanical type governor, PF 0.8, control panel with Microprocessor controller with necessary meters and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and with maintenance free battery (as recommended by manufacturer of DG set) as per IS 14257, inbuilt battery charger and suitable size 3.5 core XLPE armoured electric cable from DG set to change over of electric panel of pump set and connection complete”.

Diesel engine: Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled electric start of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 47°C, 50% RH and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000 capable of taking 10 % over loading for one hour after 12 hour of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories.

Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following:- (i) Start top switch with key. (ii) Water temperature indication. (iii) Lubrication oil temperature indication. (iv) Battery charging indication. (v) RPM indication (vi) Over speed indication. (vii) Low lubrication oil trip indication (viii) Engine hour indication.

Alternator- synchronous alternator rated at 40 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM 3 Phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 47°C, 50 % RH. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self excitation and self regulated through AVR confirming to IS - 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F/H insulations

Base frame and foundation. Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendation of manufacturer

Fuel Tank. In built fuel tank for 12 hours fuel capacity, fabricated out of 3 mm thick MS sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class C pipe of suitable dia complete with valves. Level indication and accessories as required as per specification.

Exhaust system Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter

Starting system. 12 V/24 V starting system comprising of starter motors, Voltage regular and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos of maintenance free batteries as per manufacturer design.

Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, excitation, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specification.

AMF as per manufacturer instruction for above DG set complete with all accesories shall be provided and the rate of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.
