S & F of factory made glazed and skeleton shutters of 2nd class hardwood with thickness of batten 35 mm, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 10 here in above but with sash bars for window and ventilators etc are provided styles and rails specified in SSR Pt I,Sec 8,Clause 8.24 (b) of size 30 mm thick shutter complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters of 2nd class hardwood with thickness of batten 40 mm (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of Flush shutters of thickness 30mm, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other frames/ Chowkat of size 65 x 100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/Cum,screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account ahall be made.

(Note: Stainless steel butt hunges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid for separately).

Cutting holes into brick walls for inserting hold fasts and making good dusturbed portion in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 n.exc 1 brick and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) to fix hold fast complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or concrete wall or ceiling etc including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering on external surfaces in two layers , first layer of 10 mm thick in CM1:6 and second layer on top 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even & fair w/o using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prep of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting and primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L prep of new plastered surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extrued section as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down aluminium door, window and partition (of any type/ size) and refixing the same including necessary repairs such as straighting of edges, bringing at a level with required cutting adjusting of any depression/ projection to the same opening complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair anodised aluminium frame for window with one or more rebates, anodised aluminium window, sliding type shutters, sliding on two way aluminium channel, without sash bars, sliding on separate track, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/RM and necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, fittings such as suitable anodised aluminium locking type handle etc and fixing of 4.00 mm thick tinted glass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium anodized door frame made out of aluminium section 65 x38 mm with anodized aluminium push/pull glazed type shutters with lock rail 80 x45 mm for stile 80 x 45 mm for top rail and 115 x 45 mm for bottom rail and necessary jointing clears glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws lock, including supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick tinted glass, lock etc complete fitting as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transperent or dyed to required shede according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) to approved design/pattern,with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L in repair for Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed.(ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp,insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of old ceiling incl aluminum grid and panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling, which includes providing and fixing GI ultra perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610 mm centres. then suspending GI ultra intermidieate channels of size 45 mm , 0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1220 mm centres with ultra ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55 mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ultra ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the ultra intermidieate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the ultra intermidieate channel at 457 mm centres. 12.5 mm tapered edge Gypboard (Confirming to IS-2095-1982) is then screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling & finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing conmpound, paper tape and two coats of plastic emulson paint over 3mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
