Earthwork Excavation For foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M.SAND in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc., complete.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite stone jelly for FLOORING & BASEMENT including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, BEAMS,PLINTH BEAMS, COLUMNS using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FLOORING & BASEMENT laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed watered, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering the exposed surface of RCC with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three p.sand) 12mm thick complying with standard specification as directed etc., complete.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause of MORTH Rev-5.

Supplying and Laying Rubberised interlock paver block M40 Grade Providing and laying of 80mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40n/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shape of approved non skitting surface in the top and the end including leveling the base preparation of pavers as sub base stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers, sweeping transporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification.
