Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/Bell/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sketch fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finished to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using 3 x 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable (Phase, neutral and earth wire) drawn through and incl concealed conduit medium grade of dia not less than 20mm and connected to common earth dolly with 1.6 mm thick cadmium plated CI/GI pressed steel sunken boxes and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws complete including cutting grooves for concealed wiring for light/fan/exhaust point controlled by one 1 way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Conduit shall be fixed on surface/ceiling with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit is not feasible without any extra cost.

All as per Ser item No 2 but for light point controlled by two way switch .

All as per item No. 02 here in before, but for one bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push 5 Amp

All as per Ser item No 2 abvoe but for one 5 Amp socket outlet point on same board controlled by one switch 5 Amp one way.

S&F sub Main Wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed flexible copper conductor 6 sqmm size (green colour) cable as earthing lead connecting to main earthing dolly drawn in existing PVC concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 27 but two run of single core 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cables as earth continuity conductor.

S & F Triple pole and neutral DB 4 way sheet metal enclosures double door 415 V AC, 50 Hz AC with IP 54 and IK 09 rating having fully insulated copper busbar of rating not less than 200Amps, insulated neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management including polyuthrene gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosures double door VTPN MCB DB 4 way, 415 V AC, 50 Hz AC with 200 amps copper bus bar complete with IP54,IK09 protection suitable for wall including MCCB 100 amps, 4P, 16KA with fixed magnetic and thermal setting of same make as of DB and making connection suitable size of aluminium thimbles, making good the disturbed surface to match with existing complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for repair to existing switch board by taking out the old existing ser/unsv switches, sockets, regulators any type, etc, refixing the servicable switchs/sockets/requlators etc with replacement of old unsv/broken plastic laminated sheet not less than 3mm thick of size upto 5"x5" complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old servicable retrived switches, sockets, regulators any type, etc shall be used.

S & F Energy efficient surface Mounted LED batten Luminire 18 watts 4' long, with acrylic cover complete with all accessories incl necessary two core copper wire for connection from ceiling rose to connector of approx length 0.75 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of nuts and bolt,thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel including PCC (concrete chamber) in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish internal surface with 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel, including charcoal dust and common salt and specified including provision of 4mm dia GI wire upto 7.5 metre long protected by 15 mm bore light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade ,including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to an earthing test point and to main switch board as specified and testing on completion, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -1 (2009), all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully serviceable single phase energy meters from meter box after carefully disconnecting the electrical connections and keeping aside for refixing and dismantling old burnt/unsv meter box and removing to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls , floors etc. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet moulded compound (SMC) meter box fire retardant type of size not less than 600x500x150mm to enclose 04 Nos single phase electric meters with hinged type front operated door having transparent acrylic sheet and proper locking arrangement and flush mounting in wall incl refixing the serviceable electric meters dismantled under Srl Item No 42 and making electrical connections including cleaning of disturbed area and making good the disturbed surface and matching with existing specification complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of building security light 60W luminaire, having pressure die cast aluminium housing, PC diffuser and integrated electronic driver with high efficiency, with polycarbonate cover, IP-65 protection including 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket, mounted on wall or roof including all accessories viz FI clamps, fasteners, nut bolt, washer etc including connecting up with 3 core flexible copper conductor cable in flexible conduit pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of electronic type single phase meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10-60 Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS.13779, IP-54 with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH complete all as specified and directed. Make : HPL/INDO TECH/L&T/AMTL

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 81894.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
