Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to the plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 8 graded stone aggregate 200 mm nominal size

Reinforced cement concrete work in beam, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15" landing, bolconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels , bands, plain, window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth up to floor five, level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcemen, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded).

Providing & laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement cocrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level: 1:2.4(1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all completeupto plinth level. Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to the plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 4 graded stone aggregate 200 mm nominal size

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providng & fixing 18mm thick granite (gang saw cut), mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joint treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigmen, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, mouldingand polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc.complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, chanenels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stinless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accesories & stainless steel dash fastners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of walst slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of engg-in charge.

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on umdacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecoarated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25Ltr/10Sqm including one coat of primer apllied @ 0.75Ltr/10Sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour T&P etc all complete.

S/f Ambedkar statue etc all complete.

Solar power road marker (Solar Studs) The solar studs shall be made of aluminium alloyand poly carbonate material which shall beabsolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13.635Kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280. It's colour ay be white, red, yellow, green or blue or combination as directed by engg-in-charge. The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100mm x 100mm x 10mm. It shall have super bright LED's so as to provide long visibility from a distance more than 800m.
