SUPPLY OF SINGLE COLUMN MECHANICAL MACHINE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY,RANI CHANNAMMA UNIVERSITY, BELAGAVI UNDER VGST KSTePS -GRE GRD-1192 PROJECT

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 05 quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. (enclose Purchase order and satisfactory certificate from concerned department).

Tenderer must be registered company/manufacturer/establishment/other registered firms (Self attested copy of certificate of incorporation must be attached).

Tenderer must have valid GST registration certificate (Self attested copies of registration certificated must be enclosed.

Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Tenderer must have completed at least three financial years as on 31st March 2025 (03 years income tax filed copy, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement)

Tenderers Average Annual Turnover should be more than Rs. 12.00 lakhs in the past three financial years
