Amount

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250 mm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50.00 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 M above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply laying GI pipe 32 mm bore light grade for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply laying GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling LT over head ACSR conductor of any size including removing unserviceable conductor from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of cross arms fixed on Steel tubular poles carefully including removing unserviceable cross arms from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of LT insulators of any type and size from position and removing unserviceable insulators from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 70 Sqmm, 3.5 Core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100Volt grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 50 Sqmm, 3.5 Core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100Volt grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 35 Sqmm, 3.5 Core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100Volt grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ore medium grade PCC pipt with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i)The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth strip. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pipt itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate. (iv) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length earth strip. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
