Supply , unloading , shifting erection of Solar PV Module with SS 304 washers , nuts, and bolsts for fixing up with module mounting structure etc. 600 to 730 W N-Type TopCon , Dual glass , Bifacial panel .
Supply and erection of Mairne grade Aluminium module mounting structure for holding modules on structures inluding designing .
Supply and erection of power optimizer - Make Solar Edge
Supply and erection of Inverter along with all protections, enclosure and controlling arrangement . Inverter ( Mention - Capacity of inverter in KW ) . Inverter mouting frames of suitable weight bearig capacity should be used. Commissioning and training of online monitoring system consisting of necessary communication gate way , software , Hardwares, Controls. Make : Solar edge .
Supply and installation of IP65 DC distribuiton board along with necessary components like Fuse , Surge protetction deivce , DC MCB , terminal blocks for connecting input and out cables. The panel should be made of 16 SWG MS ,CRCA sheet and doors with 14 SWG sheet with powder coating .MS painted stand made of angle shall be provide . Height of the stand must 750mm . Terminal blocks shall be provided for connecting incoming and outgoing cables. Cost shall include cost of constrcuting necessaruc concrete pedastal. Rating of the coponents shall match with inverter rating .

Supply and providing chemical earthing for inverters and structrue with backfill compound which non corrosive , thermally conductive , Potetial to permissible limites , Superior fault conduciton capacity , non toxi weather resistatnance and capable of achieving ohmic values less than on ohm. using 10ft copper claded SS Rod with back fill compound. Construction of earh pits shall as per the standard with 450 x 450 MM precast RCC chamber with cover.
Cable trays : Supply , erection of prefabricated , GI, Perforated tray with cover with made of 2mm thick sheet , height 75 mm , suitble clamps and accessories. Mention size of the cable
Supply and laying of Solar DC copper cable . With temperature range of -40 dec C to + 90 Deg C double insulated ,PV1-F XLPE insulated, hoalgen free, fire retardent , UV resistant, Rated DC volate of 1800 Vdc, Tinned copper conductor - as per IEC 60228 , class 5 .
Supply and laying of cables for AC circuit, XLPE insulated, FRLS,UV resistant , Copper armored cable (a. Inverter to ACDB b. ACDB to LT Panel )

Supply , Fabrication , loading , unloading , shifting and erection of Structural Members: Factory fabrication of steel members into modular components, including cutting, drilling, welding, edge preparation, surface finishing, and trial assembly as per IS 7215. The scope of work is incluive of supply and erection of highe tensile galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers conforming to IS 1367 / IS 3757, suitable for site assembly. Hot-Dip Galvanization: Hot-dip galvanization of all fabricated members after fabrication as per IS 4759 / IS 2629, with minimum zinc coating thickness of 80 microns. Includes surface preparation, testing, and certification.
