Demolition of brick work / pre cast concrete article / stone masonry built in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortor 1:6 including bond stone as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles 30 cmx 30 cmx 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments of required colour laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any postion not otherwise spcifically provided etc. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris from site complete all as spcified and as directed.

Providing and laying or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required ling, level and curvature, jointed with CM 1:3 incl making joints with or without grooves incl making drainage Opening as directed by Engg in charge

Material and labour for rendering in cement mortar 1:4 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls concrete surface etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new surfaces on external walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints plaster new concrete surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L one coats of synthetic enamel paint over for old concrete surface including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds etc all as specified

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 4 on brick / concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling posts (or) struts (wood), RCC (or) steel any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground concrete brick work masnory etc.., all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wrought iron (or) mild steel work ,of any descriptionn not otherwise prasided complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out hard dence soil including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers n.exc 25 cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

S/F Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, post fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc(cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated quality conforming to Fe 410-W(gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS flat iron fillets in posts and struts in fencing ,drilling holes (for securing wire mesh etc),including necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc confirming to Fe 410-0 or fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size (or) type of 3mm to 4mm dia wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type toany type of standards, rails, straning bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 5 to 10mm mild steel in flat, round (or) square bars, in available length FE 410 W (GDE- E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild stell screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made ) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other ,each screwed end to to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squre nut , exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE 410-W(Gde -E-250) quality-A all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incluidng necessary preparation of surface all as specified and directed.
