Dismantling and taking down old existing rusted/de-shaped/worn out LT/HT steel tubular pole of any shape, size & height including demolition of existing PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31) 9 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole complete all as specified and dircetd. Make:- Jindal Steel Products /Bombay Tubes and Poles /National Tubing Co. /BCW.

Supply & errect in position steel tubular pole complete with MS base plate finial taper plug, cap bolt, nut screws etc all as specified regarding swaged pole of type 410 SP-55 11 mtrs long incl painting with one coat of red oxide paint and there after two coats of aluminium paint and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation of structure of approved make/quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for jointing and testing for provision of straight through joints, Heat shrinkable, suitable for XLPE, LT UG Cable, 1100 Volts grade, for following sizes 70 to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. (Make : M Seal/Denson/Mahindra Chemical/3M, REPL)

-Ditto- but 150 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

M&L for PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) as in sub base foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4 ) type B-1 with20 mm graded stone aggregates for coping of poles finished surface even smooth with all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregates for foundation of pole of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface excavation over the areas in any type of soil around the poles/feeder pillar boxes/ Panels/ sub stations not exceeding 15 cm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation complete remove of roots any type and levelling incl removal of surplus soil upto 50 m distance complete all as specified and directed.
