Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning in repair CPRI approved cubical type LT Panel floor mounted out door type for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz AC supply with Aluminium bus bar duly colour coded, for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve having short circuit current with stand minimum 21 KA for one second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable , factory made fabricated with CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust weather and vermin proof for outer shell and 3.15 mm thick with canopy , inner shell having TPN Aluminium bus bar rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, bottom base channel MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper wiring with minimum 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half , general construction confirming to IS-8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with follwoing detailed specification & control complete with suitable fixing accessories. Note: The cost of dismantling the existing LT panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

OUTER SHELL:- The outer shell shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate the inner shell described below 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell with its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing the outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal-coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at the top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer-cut self-adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having a conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

All as per the item no 1 here-in before but with the following switch gears with incoming and outgoing (A) Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4P,200 A, 25 KA -01 (Thermal magnetic type) (b) Indicating lamps for three phases - Qty 1 set of 3 Nos (B) Outgoing:- (a) MCCB 4P, 100A, 16KA -03 Nos (Thermal magnetic type) Note:- The rate includes the cost of earthwork and PCC for grouting the panel with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 90 CM below the ground level and 60 CM above the ground level.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT XLPE/PVC insulated Aluminium conductor cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down existing protection pipe etc, for the following sizes from ducts / trenches / poles /pipes etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) 16 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm, 4 or 3 ½ core

(b ) 50 to 95 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(c ) 120 to 240 Sqmm, 3 ½ core Note:- Excavation and earth work for taking out the cable shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'

Re-laying, jointing and testing of serviceable retrieved LT cable from item No. 1 above (after thorough inspection of cable) XLPE / PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminum conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of any description, laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- Note: Excavation returning refilling will be paid and separately under relevant items.

(a) 16 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm, 4 or 3 ½ core

(b) 50 to 95 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

(c) 120 to 240 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation and laying of cable and getting out in any type soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for UG electric cable in two layers (8 cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying cable) total 23 cm thick including gentle punning the sand upto 18 cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Only punned down thickness shall be measured for payment).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil etc complete as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 M distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying PCC cable covers for protection of cable cover LV low voltage type -I flat ISI marked of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- Mahatab/Ravi/Duracoat

M&L for PCC type C1 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded aggregate) for foundation of poles struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work for coping of poles all as specified and directed for the following

(a) For coping of new erected poles

(b) For repiar of existing coping of poles

M&L Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV cable for straight-through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm complete as specified and directed.

M&L bus bar box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply outdoor cubical type, dist and vermin proof, floor block mounting type suitable for outdoor applications of size 600mm x 600mm x 450mm, using 40mm x 40mm x5mm angle iron frame with shutter and locking arrangement painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer (internally and externally) for box, height above ground 600mm and graouted 300mm below ground, legs of frame shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 (size 300 x 300 x 300mm block) and complete includig 40mm x 10mm 04 nos 500 mm long aluminium busbar fixed on insulators with proper colour coding including making connecteions with cable of size 300 sqmm with necessary lugs and chromium plated glands complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Cutting & removing of grass/ shrubs / plants / bushes /Trimming of tree stems etc around the pole / LT panels / earthing pits complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair danger notice plate of size 20x 15 cm,1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable / deshaped / worn out LT steel tubular pole of any shape, size & height including demolition of existing PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and Including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles, PCC 1:3:6 type 'C-2' (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations of size 600 X 600 X 1650 mm below GL, PCC 1:2:4 type "B- 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth block(coping) of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm above GL, removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, including necessary form work and 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete for poles/ DBs with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead of size 25x4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15 mm dia upto a length of 7.5 m away from earth electrode and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm c/c both ways, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and comman salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and testing complete including removing unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of excavatin, PCC cable covers and earth pit is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 4 mm dia galvanised iron wire for fixed to poles/DBs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip of size 32x6 mm of galvanised iron for fixed to poles/DBs/Panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole/strut, of any description and in any position 9.00/8.50 Mtr height and scrapping of pole with emery paper and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/security light, anti climbing devices etc and providing three Nos radium band strips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core Aluminium conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm for connecting from bus bar box to street light fittings/ OH line to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in the repair of GI Pipe 50 mm dia light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Indicating lamps for three phases R,Y,B for LT panel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 4 pole, 630 Amps current rating and ultimate breaking capacity Icu = 36 KA with adjustable overload setting and having thermal magnetic release and to be fixed in distribution board/LT panels, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair onload change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles 315 Amps Capacity, complete including necessary fixing accessories on wall/panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ON/OFF Load change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole 400 Amps Capacity, complete including necessary fixing accessories on wall / panel complete all as specified and directed.

Material, labour and necessary manual mapping of HT/LT XLPE UG cable routes of any size and any type laid inside technical area The cable route indicator and depth of the cables specified at every 100 mts, joints, turnings/diversions or specified if any by Engineer - in-Charge along with submitting 03 sets of hard copies of drawings for each cable route tracing sheet with distance marked from road edge and important lank mark enroute and soft copy duly indicating cable route indicators, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The contractor will submit, explain, and demonstrate the technology/methodology being adopted for manual mapping, UG cable route and submit technical information/specification and obtain prior approval from GE before proceeding with execution of this item. (ii) All necessary T & P like route and depth tracer, manpower, and consumables required for execution of this item shall be arranged by the Contractor. .
