M&L for repairs to pot holes and depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25/30mm in depth, making good filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in peremixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well ramed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings depth of pot holes exc 30 mm ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitiinious primer using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 at @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm over surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and completed to required gradient and camber using binder with paving bitumen VG-10 minimum 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix Govt approved Lab (Nabi)/Govt Engg College as approved by GE . (ii) The binder content specified in minimum any variation binder content during mix at site on plus sied shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using paving bitumen (VG-10) laid with mechenical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and rolled to uniform smooth surface using roller exc 8 Ton and n exc 12 ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the existing Black Top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing Old Black Top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (Below and above ground level) and removing the unsv materials to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 km above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement / hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per sqaure centimeter in field using 400 kg cement per cubic meter thickness of concrete 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : laid in pannels between thickness of concrete)

Vibrator for concrete with using plate vibrator or 40 mm niddle vibrator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting dashes arrows letters etc on road pavements / PCC flooring and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden, yellow complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal whist the concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactureres instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
