SUPPLY OF 1 C X 35 SQ MM 6.6 KV(UE)/11 KV (E) XLPE CABLE WITH STRANDED COMPACT CIRCULAR ALUMINIUM CONDUCTOR, CONDUCTOR SCREEN WITH EXTRUDED SEMI CONDUCTING COMPOUND, XLPE INSULATED, INSULATION SCREENING WITH EXTRUDED SEMI CONDUCTING COMPOUND IN COMBINATION WITH COPPER TAPE, CORES LAID UP, EXTRUDED INNERSHEATH OF PVC, GALVANISED STEEL ROUND WIRE ARMOURED , AND OVERALL PVC SHEATHED CABLE CONFORMING TO IS 7098 (PART-2) 2011, INCLUDING ALL TEST REPORTS WITH UPTO DATE AMENDMENTS INCLUDING ALL TEST REPORTS.

Work items

Fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing overhead structures as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 1 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 3.3 KV/ 11 KV grade as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
