Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other T &P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:4:8) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M-25 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 200 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.

12 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. including 1 % cess. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Glazed tiles in dados, skirting and rises of steps on 12mm th cement plaster (1:3) (1cement:3sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Chequired tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
