SH-I: Operation & Maintenance of E&M Installations.

Operation and Maintenance of HT & LT installations at Substation, Standby DG Sets, etc by deploying required qualified manpower as Special Conditions & specifications in the specifications for operation, monitoring, recording performance log books, carrying out preventive maintenance activities & maintaining records, attending breakdown complaints and minor repair works on round the clock basis i/c. Sundays and Holidays, including providing consumables etc. complete as required.

Sundays and Holidays, including providing consumables etc. complete as required.

Operation and Maintenance of Ground Lighting Facilities, Internal & External electrical installations of Operational area NAVAIDS buildings, Water supply pump sets/ Hydropneumatic water supply system , Perimeter Lighting in operational area etc by deploying required qualified manpower as specified in the specifications for operation, monitoring, recording performance log books, carrying out preventive maintenance activies & maintaining records, attending breakdown complaints and minor repair works on round the clock basis i/c. Sundays and Holidays, including providing consumables etc. complete as required.

SH-II: Filtration of Transformer Oil, Relay Calibration, ACBs and HT VCBs Servicing

Filtration of Transformer oil for 1 no. 1500 KVA Transformer of oil capacity 850 litres and 1 no. 1500 KVA HT -AVR with Transformer of oil capacity 1600L, HT AVR On load Voltage Controller of oil capacity 970 Ltr, and OLTC unit of oil capacity 1400 ltrs installed at substation with high vacuum filtration apparatus to obtain BDV value 40 KV for 1 minute as required.

Testing the Di-electric strength, the acidity/ the PH value of transformer oil and submission of reports.

Filtration of Transformer oil for 2 no. 1000 KVA Transformer of oil capacity 1280 litres each (Total Oil = 2560 litre) and 2 no OLTCs for the transformers of oil capacity 210 liters each (Total Oil = 420 liters) installed at AAI residential Colony substation with high vacuum filtration apparatus to obtain BDV value 40 KV for 1 minute as required.

Carrying out secondary injection tests on following three pole over current and earth fault relay (Make Easun Reyrolle Type MIT) of 11 KV HT panel and calibration of the same including submission of reports as required.

Supply of transformer oil conforming to IS 335/ 1993 (with latest ammendments ) as per site conditions

Supply of Silica gel for transformer breather as per standards.

Supply of D7 oil for cleaning the lift walls, rails etc, other SS articles as and when required as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of sodium hypochlorite solution for usage in STP in the residential colony as and when required as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out complete servicing and overhauling of all mechanical and electrical mechanism of C&S make Electrical Draw Out Microprocessor type (EDO, MICROPRO 4.1) ACBs with 1000 A to 2500 A rating installed in the LT panels by providing trained service engineer with all tools and plant i/c attending all breakdown repairs during the period of contract complete as per detailed specifications of work and instructions of Engineer -in-charge.

Carrying out complete servicing and overhauling of all mechanical and electrical mechanism of JYOTI make 11 KV HT VCBs installed in HT panels by providing trained service engineer with all tools and plant i/c attending all breakdown repairs during the period of contract complete as per detailed specifications of work and instructions of Engineer -in-charge.

SH:III Rate Contract for Power supply / Internal & External Electrical Installations.

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2018 as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations in Power supply HT & LT installations, Standby DG Sets, Internal & External electrical installations as per the special Terms and Condition in addition to General Terms and Condition of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs.5,00,000/- and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly after deducting GST component from the DSR-2018 rates.

Supply of 200mm dia. HDPE pipes of PN6 PE63 grade conforming IS 4984

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying following number of 2x4 Sqmm secondary leads meant for inset type runway edge light/Turn pad light fittings on the concrete/ bituminousrunway/ taxiway surface including kerfing, chiselling, cleaning and filling the groove with departmentally supplied sealant compound after laying secondary lead including jute covering for protection etc. as required. a) 01 run of cable

Installation of departmentally supplied cylindrical type transformer housing box in soil/ rain water drain filled with loose aggregate, along the runway shoulder by providing a base concrete of ratio 1:3:6 ( 1cement : 3 :coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) of size 830 mm dia x 100mm thick and concrete of ratio 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) all around the CI box for 150 mm and coping up of top slope, including providing & fixing 150 mm long 15 mm dia "B" class G.I. pipe for drainage of water, fixing departmentally supplied 50mm dia DWC HDPE pipes for cable entry at 2 sides of CI box as required.

Drilling of suitable horizontal directional bore across runway/ taxiway/road/pavement upto a depth of 3 metre and inserting departmentally supplied nominal 200 dia. HDPE pipe of 6mtr length including jointing the pipe, using necessary machineries, tools, materials and manpower, refilling the trench openings etc. as required.
