Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.50 metre.

Returning, filling in excavated earth/soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling oles for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch, suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement lightning arresters expulsion type, complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, suitable for 11 KV, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed) of size 3 Core 120 Sqmm, laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing in different locations / areas, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable covers, pipe for cable protection shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable, Outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand, laid in trenches for cable protection, as 15cm thick below the cable and 8cm thick above the cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

Supply and laying in replacement reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement 100mm bore GI tubing, light grade, fixed to poes/ walls with suitable MS clamps or laid in trenches/culverts/road crossing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement 150mm bore GI tubing, light grade, fixed to poes/ walls with suitable MS clamps or laid in trenches/culverts/road crossing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation of pole/stay etc including necessary formwork and applying two coats of white wash after preparation of surface, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregated) as in coping of pole etc including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F anticlimbing device spikes type, fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F expulsion fuses single pole suitable for 11 KV, of capacity 25 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement danger notice plate of size 25 x 20cm for HT, made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous, enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, bolts and nuts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erecting vertical in replacement vertical steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS/ CI base plate at bottom finial taper plug/ MS plug at top, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 mtr long) including drilling of holes for cable entering and earth test point including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally above ground level and a coat of anti corrosive paint below ground level, painting the pole with alternate black and white paint strip band 30cm long 5 Nos with synthetic enamel paint etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including GI pipe medium grade of size of 15mm dia for protection and GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with iron angle frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ,excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part I of 2009, connected to earthing test point, complete all as specified and directed and testing after completion.

M&L for earthing with 600x600x6.30mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5mtr below ground level, connected to and including GI strip of size 32X6mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and 50mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 mtr length as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt, viz transformer, LT kiosk etc, including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with MS angle iron frame and CI cover and 20mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size and any description and S&F new ACSR conductor including stringing through existing RCC/ steel poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipe, aluminium binding wire etc. complete of different sizes, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates for new aluminium tape / copper binding wire shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

M&L for pin type porcelain vitreous brown or white insulator, suitable for 11 KV HT of working pressure, size 150mm height and 150mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanished iron washer and one GI nut, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PCC HT cable route indicators of size 300x500x40mm duly embosses HT cable inculding PCC foundation, complete all as specified and directed.
