Material and Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade multistranded with copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked 25 mm dia including conduit accessories concealed/surface type on walls, roof, floors etc including one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC copper conductor as earth continuity wire including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring including conduit all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defects and will submit the completion report on following day before 0900hrs to the JE E/M. (ii) The contractor has to rectify the defects and make the light fittings functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective lights is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the light fitting is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 50/- per such defective light fitting per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill. The contractor shall engage separate team of technicians / repairer for SPRITE/ASL, DRDL and NGARM areas. (iii) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every light fitting and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for. (iv) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of light fittings with the concerned JE E/M against the supply only items here-in-below. (v) The contractor should submit the copy of qulaification,Experience as Electrician and police verification certificates while sigining the site orders. (vi) The contractor is fully responsible for providing the safety standards to be maintained by the electricians while attending the electrical defects.
