Material and labour for painting on steel and iron surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour scheme or pattern after preperation of old painted surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & pouring Compressor Oil in air blower at STPs as directed. Make : Castrol SP 320/Servo/Indane complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for dismantling, disconnecting the Air Blower including disconnecting from channel frame and electrical panel for repair of Gear Box, refitting of gear box after toping up oiling, greasing, alingment of pump set and re-fixing/ assembling testing to make it functional complete including cleaning of all dirt, dust and including transportation to civil workshop for repair work and back to working site etc. all as specified and directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be replaced with existing make and measured and paid seprately as under:-

(a) Replacement of Pulley V Belt SPB-1800

(b) Suction air filter

(c) Bearing set

(d) Oil seal set

(e ) Piston bush

(f) Gear set

Disconnecting electric comnnections from LT control pannel and starter of Non clogging submersible pump set of any size 7.5 HP to 10 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking out sub pump set alongwith, column pipe from Sewage sump with the help of chainpully including transportion to wksp for repair including replacement of rusted nuts bolts. rubber gasket complete and re-assembling /refitting at work site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Worn out spares shall be replaced with existing make and measured and paid separately as under:-

(a) Rewinding of submersible motor.

(b) Pump Impeller

(c ) Mechanical seal set upper and lower

(d) Bearing

(e ) Fixing compounding

(f) O ring set

Labour for dismantling, disconnecting the centrifugal pump set of capacity 7.5 HP from foundation and fixing after repairing rewinding and assembling the pump set including insulating material of any size ,testing complete all as specified and directed including transportation to workshop and back after repair. Note:- Worn out spares shall be replaced with existing make and measured and paid separately as under:-

S & F in replacement of flexible suction hose pipe heavy duty ISI marked of size 25 mm outer dia. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & pouring MBBR/FAB media model PP22 effective specific surface area 400 Sqm/Cum to 600 Sqm/cum of height 12mm and dia of 27mm made up of virgin media complete all as directed.Note :- MBBR media will be certified by OEM and the colour of the media must be white in colour.

Note:- Transportion to civil work shop and back to site deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of existing unsv SG Iron butterfly valve of pressure handling capacity 13-20 kg/cm2 suitable for 100 mm CI tubing complete all as spd and directed.

S&F of new dosing pump diaphragm type in replacement of the existing u/s dosing pump having discharge capacity of 6-10 lph and having pressure handling capacity of 10 kgf/cm2 complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Ramco/Declibac/Oasis

S&F in replacement of column pipe of mild steel of diameter 50 cm and having pressure handling capacity of 0-10 kgf/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of existing unsv MCCB 100 Amps current carrying capacity 36 KA , AC 415 Volts three pole with magnetic/ thermal fixed setting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB Single pole 5 to 40 amps 240v "C" series 10KA all as specified. Make :- RAMCO/DECLIBAC/OASIS

S&F in replacement of MCB Single pole and Neutral 40 to 63 amps 240v "C" series 10KA all as specified .

S & F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, double door with IP-43 protection single phase 240 volts 8 way, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification .

S&F in replacement of motor protection circuit breaker of 3 poles having current carrying capacity of 6-10 amps.Make-Seimens 3VU1340-1ML00 or equivalent in Legrand/ABB.

S&F in replacement of motor protection circuit breaker of 3 poles having current carrying capacity of 22-32 amps.Make-Seimens 3VU16401MP00 or equivalent in Legrand/ABB.

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sqmm,4 core. Complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm,4 core. Complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of UG cable and getting out in soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable upto 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable and punned down to form a bed.The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' bricks well burnt old size laid dry flat for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR -02 Nos tank, filter feed tank, chlorine contract tank thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from 900 KLD STP complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank completly by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage and removing of settled down sewage sludge cum mud/de-silting etc at 900 KLD STP for equalisation tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of electromagnetic flowmeter having flanged ends with inner lining of teflon to be installed in the sewage line of 200 mm diameter pipeline including cutting of the pipeline and all necessary welding all as required at site and directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note-The cost of connection of the electromagnetic flowmeter in the existing sewage line including necessary cutting and welding are deemed to be included in the above rates.Make-Magflow/Seimens/ABB

M&L for repair and maintanance of centrifuge decanter of 3 hp capacity, cleaning of centrifuge bed, changing of minor parts, bearing, belt etc to make it fully fucntional for ejection of sludge cake from it complete all as specified and directed.

Collecting and carryout samples for testing of treated water of STP, from NABL approved laboratory with following parameters and submission of detailed test report to the Engineering -in-charge.(a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals colour, odour, PH valve, TSS BOD,COD.total residual chlorine, total nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coilform organisms per 100ml (MPN) and E coli in 100ml. Note :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as reqd. (ii) Transportation charge for collection of sample.
