Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( including backing) removing from site and rubbish off premises

M&L for non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete.

S&F of vitrified ceramic tile light shade 8 to 10mm thick light shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of vitrified ceramic tile 8 to10 mm thick light shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm over 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as in vertical surface like skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm thick or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including finishes complete all as spd

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) , 75 mm thick finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including bitumen/mast filling in the joint complete

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and fair complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, leveling course or filling in foundation in mass concrete complete all as spd and directed by EIC

M&L for 20 -25 mm thick kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab flooring over 15mm cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete .

Taking down loose/damanged/breakage concrete of any description from reinforced cement concrete of columns, beams ,slab , bracing , chajjas fins facia and wall etc by hammering with wooden malate carefuly without damaging existing serviceable structure, chipping old concrete for receiving concrete, incl cleaning the existing surface of concrete and removing rust particle from existing exposed reinforcement of any dia by scraping with wire brush/emery paper or by grinding in certain portion of RCC membr and applying one coat of wonder bond - FA or equivalent for bonding new concrete with old concrete surfaces as per manufacture's printed instruction and grouting with RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (nominal mix) using 6mm and down graded crush stone aggregate /chips ) for restoring slabs, walls, lintel beams,columns including necessary form work, etc complete

S&F of hard drawn steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 kgs/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, fixed with existing reinforcement work upto height of 10mtr from ground level complete all as spd and directed (Make : (a) Tiger brand wire netting, Varada, manufacturing Co, 5118 Bazar Sirkiwala, Delhi-6, India Landmark near chawri Bazar metro station. Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches , pillar etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stoen and pre-cast concrete articles

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' brick old size in cm (1:4) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius , including removing mortar , wire brushing and cleaning to old brick for re-use complete all as specified, but except brick

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of newly untreated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC cost included in quoted rate by bidder)
