SITC of Gas Suppression System for NAV- AIDS and Integration of Fire Alarm System at Fire Control Room at Kalaburagi Airport

Design, manufacuring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Gas Suppression System for the following area consisting of Cylinder PESO Approved, complete with UL / VDS/ PESO Approved valve assembly and arangement for supervisory switch connection for monitoring cylinder pressure, a pressure guage with a safety burst disc,electronic control head / Solenoid, flexible hose, strap, NRV, Pressure Switch and a safety cap, required nos. of Nozzles (UL / VDS listed), Piping, Manifold, conventional Fire Alarm cum Gas Release Panel with smoke detectors ,Manual gas release and abort station, Piping, Manifold, FRLS armoured copper cabling and required control modules (if required) etc. complete as required as per technical specifications. Location: Localizer Hut /Glide path Hut/ DVOR (Size: LxWxH= 4m x 5m x 3m= 60 m3) (±10%). Set mean Each site considered one job Note : (1) Gas (Quantity would be as per the volume given below and as per the UL / VDS certification.) CLEAN AGENT (FK-5-1-12) / Inert Gas with Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), has appearance / Colourless gas and odour less. (2) Complete designing of the system along with shop drawings and technical details of the components to be submitted for approval of EIC prior to execution of work. (3) The Cylinder, Volume of Gas, Nos. of Nozzles, discharge valves, piping design and pressure calculations using manufacturer design software for each rooms where fire protection is required duly approved by manufacturer (OEM) shall be submitted prior to commencement of the works

SITC of 4 loop addressable fire alarm panel including 2 loop card, mother board, batteries similar to existing fire alarm system at kalaburagi Airport make Ravel-Avani.

Supply & fixing of Photoelectric, Multi sensor smoke detectors along with mounting base with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED's complete with all accessories including connections etc.with the existing system as required. Make Ravel model : RE317D-SL

Supply & fixing of Manual Call Point with all accessories including connections etc. suitable for existing system as required.

Supply & fixing of Hooter with all accessories including connections etc. suitable for existing system as required.

Supply of 2 X 1.5 sq.mm. Cu conductor, XLPE, 1.1 kv, steel wire armoured, PVC sheathed AC cable generally conforming to IS-7098(p-1) / 1554(p-1) with upto date ammendments etc. complete as required

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE/ PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on wall/ surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.
