Repair and maintenance of CHC Building Sarahan in Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla H.P.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade old work (one or more coats applied @2.20Kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm dia CP Brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality and make, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required:- White Vitreous ChinaWash basin size550x400 mm with a 15 mm CP Brass singlehole basin mixer including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : Kitchen sink with drain board 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. :- 32 mm including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
