Disposal of excavated earth by truck within 5 Km. lead including loading and unloading to the lower area of the Town for filling of depression etc. complete.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding tor steel rods, cranking, hooking, tying the grills & placing in proper positionfor RCC work including cost of binding wire, cost conveyance, taxes of steel and other materials etc. complete

12mm thick CP 1:4) on brick work in F&P etc complete

6mm thick CP (1:4) on brick work in F&P ect Complete

2.5 cm thick Grading Concrete (1:2:2) on Roof Slab with 6mm size on new work CBHG Chips including cost of etc

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of primer for new work.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 Mtr. Center to Center and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T & P etc required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of granite above 0.10 Sqm to 0.40 sqm.(10 mm thick) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
