Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders

The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of kppp portal due to internet connection

Activity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

As per Karnataka state government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01-01-2007 and Govt letter No.PW/134/BMS /2007/dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders

All the documents to be uploaded shall be neatly scanned and the documents scanned shall be in original.

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year(both days inclusive)

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

All the Formats prescribed in the bid documents shall be filled in complete manner. ( section 3 & 4 of the bid document ) and shall be uploaded properly, signed by Tenderer . Necessary Certificates shall be uploaded along with the formats wherever required. General documents Section can be used for this purpose

Earnest Money Deposit will have to be in any one of the forms as per the instructions in the financial bid document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the tender

Department will not supply any materials, and the cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable

The Employer reserves the rights reject one or all tender without assigning any reasons.

Further particulars, if any, required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Division Yadgir during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened next working day will holds good in lieu of the dates mentioned.

The Defects Liability Period is 365 days

The Contractor should maintain the Building in good condition till Completion of tender period

Item of Rates including cost of all materials, labor, HOM, l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work

The Bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the Site of Works and its surroundings including source of earth, water, etc., availability of labor etc. and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Bid and entering into a contract for undertaking the maintenance Works. The costs of visiting the site shall be at the Bidders own expense. The following certificate/Affidavit shall be undertaken by contractor during the submission of tenders, I have inspected the Building and I am ready to maintain the Building till end of tender period

If the contractor has not done the building work satisfactorily in previous years such bids will be rejected

The project completion period is 3(Three) months including Mansoon

Supply of tools and plants (spade, pic axe, pan, sickle) required for maintenance work is to be provided by the Contractor.

Estimate rates are excluding GST and the prevailing GST 18% of APT is added in the form of lump sum in sanctioned estimate as per the guidelines in common SR 2021-22 GO PWD 51 RDF 2019 Bengaluru, Dated 18.03.2022. Therefore APT OR ECV is excluding GST. In KPPP portal there is no option to add GST separately over and above APT during DTS process. Hence even though the tenderer has been invited by opting for the inclusive option, the item wise rates do not include GST. Hence GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount as per the Govt. Circular No.FD/447/Expenditure/12/2022 dated 30.07.2022. Therefore GST declaration certificate must be uploaded mandatory by the prospective bidders
