Note : Colour, shade, texture design pattern and quality of tapestery cloth shall be as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge. The cost of tapestery cloth shall not be more than Rs. 300.00 per RM complete all as directed and as approved by the GE/Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of cleats shall be made of 2 mm thick MS Steel made to shape and fix in the Almirah to support the shelves complete as directed.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL DRG (1031) : Dismentling of unserviceable CP handles and S&F new CP handles of approved quality as specified and shown in drg.

S & F in replacement of unserviceable steel handles 100 mm long of approved quality after removing of existing handles as specified and shown in drg

CHAIR VARANDAH (FD-256) : Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and canning of chair varanda with new plastic cane of 4.00 mm wide half round cane and M&L painting of chair varandah with white paint after preparing the surface by scrubing the old paint and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make SHAH/Premimium.

M&L continuous welding to broken components of chair varandah so as to bring the whole unit in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by smooth grinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR DINING JCOs/ORs (FD/MAP-II/15) : Removing of unserviceable seat, S&F, new PVC seat of chair shall be made from PVC seat 4x10 mm thick ribs moulded along with seat in single piece. PVC seat 4 mm thick hole and wt of PVC seat is not less than 0.5 Kg. Make ; Amko as per shown in drg & as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffener and S&F new stiffener of side or central of chair dining JCO/Ors made out of seasoned teak wood duly well finished as existing and as per drg.

M&L for french polishing and normal repair of existing chair easy liken griding of outer surace , hamering of nails fill up of micro cracks with fevicoland wooden putty etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

CHAIR DINING (FD-279) : Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair dining with new plastic cane , white 2.00 mm wide for seat half round of 0.4 mm thick and border caning 3.5 , 3.00, wide plastic cane of brand SHAH/Premier and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffener and S&F new stiffener of side or central of chair dining made out of seasoned teak wood duly finished as existing and as per drg.

M&L for french polishing and normal repair of existing chair dining likedn grinding of outer surface, hamering of nails fill up of micro cracks with fevicol and wooden putty etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

BED HARD WITH PLYWOOD TOP (FD-246/247) : S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard to be made of 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade conforming to IS 303-1989 of ISI marked and to be fixed with 25 mm long steel secrew without having any joints, shape and size, all as specified on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. make : Green ply/Archid/Century Ply.

S&F in replacement long rail shall be First class class hardwood well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and dead knots, shape and size, all as specified on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charger.

HEAD REST : Outer ply all as specified and directed, to be replaced by 3/4 mm thick plywood one side teak face and inner side commercial ply wood BWR grade ISI marked IS 303-1989 including teakwood beading all round and 1/2 cut 12 mm dia beading made to shape as shown on drg or directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Green ply/Archid/Century Ply.

FOOT REST : All as per Srl No. 24.02 above.
