Supply and fix as in replacement FRLS insulated, round sheathed 2.5 Sqmm, multistranded copper conductor industrial cable, 1100V grade, ISI marked drawn through and including PVC Conduit or PVC casing & capping, medium grade, of suitable size (ISI marked) along with accessories fixed on walls/roofs/floors etc,

Supply and fix as in replacement MCB, SP, 20 to 32 Amps, 10KA, 240 Volts, ISI marked.

Supply and fix as in replacement single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug & socket complete with and including one single pole MCB SP 20 Amps 10KA, 240 Volts complete all as spefied.

Supply and fix as in replacement remote hand set suitable for split/casette/tower/window type AC with02 nos. batteries.

Disconnecting and removing unserviceable micro processor based remote, any type with printed panel circuit board (PCB) for 3.0 to 5.5 Ton ductable Split AC from position and replacing the same with new hand set remote, cord type with printed circuit board (PCB) including connecting complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 7 above but for 7.5 TR to 11 TR ductable split AC.

Supply and fix as in replacement outdoor unit stand(floor mounted or wall mounted) made out of 19SWG mild steel powder coated sheet including provision of 06 Nos. Anchor bolts & nuts. Complete all as specified

Supply and fix New hermetically sealed Rotary / Reciprocating compressors suitable for Split/window type air conditioner of 1.5 TR capacity, after taking down the old unserviceable compressor, with mounting assembly such as rubber springs etc., after disconnecting all electric connections, including alteration of refrigerant piping suction and discharge, pressure testing the complete system with nitrogen after carrying out repairs, flushing out the complete system, vaccumising and gas charging with R-22 refrigerant gas to obtain designed cooling closing of suction and discharge valves complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for Copper Brazing rods, Nitrogen Gas, LPG Gas Tins, copper filter and capillary, pin type valves as required at site 2. Refrigerant Gas will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.
