Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old broken paver block/ interlocking tiles of thickness exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 80mm and disposing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposing of the rubbish materials outside of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Taking down in cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone wall etc., including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc., complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement Mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles joint free 7 to 8mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to dark shade complete.

All as per item No 8 herein before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white or coloured ement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade, vitrified ceramic tiles; 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 herein before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white or coloured ement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Endura tiles 30cm x 30cm x 12mm thick conform to IS 4457: 2007, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement with pigment in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under interlocking paver block as a cushion layer including consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purpose only punned thickness of sand will be measured & paid.

M&L for pre-polished machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including taking down old paver block complete all as specified and directed. Note: The colour of pigment shall be as decided and approved by GE. The rate quoted by contractor deemed to be inclusive of this provision.

M&L for pre-polished machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment including taking down old paver block complete all as specified and directed.
