M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of cranes rail trac nexc 15 cm width or girth both side cleaning and removing loosely inherent material/paint using hand tools—a wire brush/ scraper (confirming to SSPC SP-2 st2) or using a power tool such as a grinder (confirming to SSPC SP-2 st3) and then washing it off with acetone or thinner (confirming to SSPC SP- 1) or any other water based liquid solvent to get cleaner surface for painting.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for. Including removal of rubbish outside MD land.

Cleaning of covered drains of sectional area exc 0.05 Sqm but n.exc 0.15 Sqm by using suitable device for removing blockage of line, mud, silt and other debries and removal of obtained spoils out MD land, including taking precautionary and safety measures etc complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in floor kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Taking down 40mm bore, GI tubing and connections and removal to store.

S&F 40 mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tubing with all fittings fixed to walls, ceilings or laid under floors all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour laid over and including 25 mm thick fine sand cushion to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints with rising surface vibrator etc complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation and applying two coat of floor/Roof paint (Make-Indigo Floor paint or equivalant as approved by GE). All as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description.

M&L for Stainless steel decoravtive railings (grade 316), staircase3 (design and pattern as approved made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing/polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stainless steel decorative railings chain alloy(grade 316), having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved ) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing /polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 40mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, cement, sand, polymer) and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed.Make :- Dr.Fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosrok as aprooved. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Fosroc / Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete.

Formwork to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectanguar or polygonal.

M & L for errection & dismantling of MS tubuler double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carring out external face work of walls all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel section of Grade FE 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in Plates (Plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or noteched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, applying two coats of Oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali resistant primer all as specifed and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty 3mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of newplaster surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces in ceiling, applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.50 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed)

M&l for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof, floor with water proofing compound by weight of 3 % of total cement content complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Material & labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and smooth including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, priming @ 0.8 kg/Sqm of finished concrete surface complete and evenly applying a coat of cold bituminous at 1 Kg/Sqm and applying seating cloth over clod bituminou, finally paving bitumen of any penetration at 1.5 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Precast RCC (1:2:4) type BI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set incement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and directed by EIC

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound in liquid form . All as specified and directed. (Make: Dr Fixit or equivalent)

M&L for 10mm dia over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not lessthan 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

-ditto- all as per item No 46 above but 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders
