SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Special repair of existing internal road with drainage for Assam Rifles Battalion at Nonei of 10 Assam Rifles (Now 19 Assam Rifles)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge in all kinds of soil.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Supply, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 90 to 45 mm size to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Supply, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 63 to 45 mm size to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications on bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

2.50 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) With paving Asphalt grade VG - 10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt

Repair of drainage Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II (Special repair to footpath, steps with chequered tiles at Bn Headquarters, Nonei of 10 Assam Rifles (Now 19 Assam Rifles))

Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm in plan incl disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto1.5m disposal of soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.(All kinds of soil)

M & L Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface.

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm nominal size of aggregate)of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Chequered PCC tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of reqd colour to give an even shade, two or more coats on new works

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases
