Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box 6 Module (200mmX75mm) in recess/surface as required with modular plate and cover, including providing and fixing 1 No. 3 pin 5/6 A & 1 No. 6 pin 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 1 No. 5/6 A & 1 No. 15/16 A modular switch. The job includes the cost of making interconnections with suitable copper wire and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at site. The Modular accessories should be of Lauritz Knudsen (Entice) / ABB (Ivie) / Legrand (Myrius) / Crabtree (Athena)/ Norisys (Square series) make only.

Supply & erection of Wall Fan 400mm sweep oscillating type complete with blades with regulator. The fan should be of Havells (Swing)/ Usha (MAXX AIR)/ Orient (400mm Wall44)/ Crompton (WM Hiflo wave Plus)/ Bajaj (Esteem Double String) make only. The wall fan should be provided with double string i.e. one no. controlling oscillating and one for speed. The cost including connection with adjacent light points.

Supply & erection of Exhaust Fan (heavy duty motor with copper wound metallic body) following size complete with motor, metallic blades, double ball bearing with minimum power consumption, rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation, epoxy powder coating along with metallic louver to be installed in the existing opening including cost of making the hole to suit the size of above fan making good the damage, Carriage Charges connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Size 12 inch (300mm) Sweep, 900 RPM Heavy Duty Exhaust fan (Single Phase) with louver of Havells (Turbo Force SP) / Orient (Industrial Heavy Duty)/ Usha (Turbo HDEF)/ Crompton (EXHD300-6-1)/ Bajaj (Supreme Plus) make only.

Supply & erection MCB 4 pole 63 Amp 415 Volt 10KA Breaking Capacity ‘C’ curve without enclosure. The job includes the labour charges and other petty material required to complete the job. The MCB should be of Lauritz Knudsen (Exora)/ Legrand (DX3)/ Hager (h3)/ Schneider (Acti9)/ ABB (SB200M)/ Siemens (Betagard) make only.

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor type cubicle type fully enclosed compartmentalized electric panel of suitable size (300mm-900mm) deep as required as site suitable for three phase 50 Hz 415 volt AC supply system made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet duly strong thread with suitable size of MS channel members and base weather proof dust and vermin proof, ventilated with louvers at sides removable gland plates at the bottom, earthing studs at both ends duly painted with powder coated finish of approved shade and two coats of anticorrosion paint including providing and fixing of four strip main and auxiliary aluminium bus bars of rating min 300 amp., multifunction meter, LT phase indicator lamp for each incomer/ outgoing, MCB distribution board metering unit and having space for accommodating various MCCB’s, MCB SP, MCB TPN, Change over switch etc as per site requirement. The manufacturer/ fabricator of LT panel should posse’s type test certificate/ reports w.r.t. construction/ manufacturing of LT panel confirming to IS: 8623/93 with breaking capacity 50KA (minimum) & Degree of protection IP42 (minimum) from CPRI /ERDA approved Lab.
