Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and thereafter provide polymeric water proofing membrane (five layered) 3MM thick and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm with 02 coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shapecomplete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper including a coat of primer over 1mm thick wall care putty including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note The rates include for items of 01 to 42 for BLDG ht upto G + 3 : 1. Use of all scaffoding, trestles, ladders, cardles, etc. necessary for ececution of work and protective measures for. 2.
