Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium Powder coated PARTITION with 63.50x38.10x 1.85mm @ 1.095 Kg/m extruded box section at bottom, vertical members spaced at 1.20m,2.10m and 2.40m height. The vertical members are spaced at 90cm c/c at equal height.Alu. Clips: 17.3x17.00x0.70mm @ 0.097kg/m. The bottom and top panels shall be covered with Medium Density Fibre (MDF) Board 12mm thick Exterior Grade both sides pre-laminated and the centre panels shall be fixed with 5.5mm thick plain glass with necessary glazing clips, rubber beedings etc., including necessary dismantling making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and make good to the original condition after fixing. The aluminium surfaces is to be anodized with natural colour finish under Electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anadic film thickness of not less than 15 microns. All materials and colour should be got approved by the University Engineer.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium Powder coated finish of single leaf fully panelled SLIDING DOOR with Medium Density Fibre (MDF) Board 12mm thick Exterior Grade both sides pre-laminated at the Shutter bottom rail 95.25x44.45x1.70mm @ 1.301 kg/m, centre mullions 49.91 x 44.45 x 1.30@ 0.753kg /m and vertical styles with 47.62 x 44.45 [email protected]/m, Top rail 47.62 x 44.45 x 1.74 @ 0.881kg/m and Running channel section: 40 x 40 x 2.90mm @ 0.895kg/m and necessary accessories such as Alu. Clips: 17.3 x 17.00 x 0.70mm @ 0.097 kg/m, Aluminium handle on both sides, lock, roller, including cost of materials, labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping, dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column, beam, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the damaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc. complete. All the Aluminium sections are to be Aluminium Powder coated finish under electically contolled condition in accordance with IS 1868/1962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc.,

Supplying and fixing aluminium anodised suspended FALSE CEILING system using Powder coated G.I section of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.20m supported along the wall all-round and inter connected with main frame using section of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.20mm at 1.20m both ways and cross supports with 25mm x 25mm x 1.20mm at 1.20m c/c both ways and suspended by means of 6mm M.S. rod one and threaded and the other end fixed on ceiling at 1.20m c/c both ways. The total area is covered with 10mm thick gypsum board of size 0.60m x 0.60m and laying aluminium tees and angles and board with necessary clips, jointing plats, screws etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the University Engineer.
