Construction of Cement Concrete Road Towards Paryatan Sthal & Miscelleneous Work At. Umara Kapse Tq. Washim Dist. Washim Under Paryatan Vikas Yojana 2025-26

Item No. 1 :- Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. & spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. [MORTH 301] (S.S.R. I.No. 2.11 P.No. 85 )

Item No. 3 :- Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete. [Spec.No. : As directed by Engineer incharge.] (S.S.R. I.No. 21.4 P.No. 152 )

Item No. 4 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of M-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand/VSI sand finely washed etc ) [CD.-3 P.No. 160] (S.S.R.I.No. 11.02)

Item No. 5 :- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-20 cement concrete of trap /granite /quartzite /gneiss metal for approach slab / Rigid pavement including compacting, finishing, curing etc. complete. (excluding reinforcement) (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etc ), cement 6.40 bags/cumt) [CD.15 P.No. 168 & B.7. P.No. 38] (S.S.R.I.No. 11.25 P.No. 82 )

Item No. 6 :- Cutting transverse contraction joints 3 to 4 mm wide and depth 60mm. .in concrete slab using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 48 hours of casting of bay / slab etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10 mm. wide at top having depth of 15 mm. as directed by Engineer incharge. [Spec.No. RD] (S.S.R.I.No. 5.17)

Item No. 7 :-Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all mataerials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 kg/sqm, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing WBM surface.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) (Spec. No. IRC-SP-20, 2002 Clause No. 8.7.3) (S.S.R.I.No. 3.37b)

Item No. 8 :- Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller ( Over MPM Surface) (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) (S.S.R. I.No. 4.12)

Item No. 9 :- Providing and laying of Type - B premix seal coat with HMP of approprate crushed stone chipping 6.70 mm size and penetration bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 0.68 Kg / Sqm. , preparing existing road surface including mixing in suitable Batch Mix plant and rolling by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. etc. complete (MORT & H 2001 clause 511 P. No. 192 RD 51 P.No. 227) (S.S.R. I. No. 4.03)
